- This is the third time that Alexx gets involved in a fire, altough the previous two have been in the Everglades (episodes 2x14 Slow Burn and 3x16 Nothing to Lose), and both have been with Delko, while this one is with Wolfe

- After the apartment goes up in flames, we later see Calleigh wearing spiked high heels as they were searching the debris. This would have been very foolish, as the floor would have been unsafe to walk on with heels like that.

- This is one of the rare episodes where we don't get one of Horatio's famous one-liners before the opening credits. Instead we get Ryan and Alexx fleeing from an apartment going up in flames.
