    • Goof: When Calleigh falls to the ground in the opening teaser, she remains there with her eyes wide open and not making a single move for several seconds, giving the impression she has been shot. However, when the event is "repeated" later in the episode, she gets up immediately and says she's fine.

    • Wolfe mentions after the shooting that Horatio's weapon is a "department issue 9mm." Horatio's weapon is a Sig Sauer P229 which are only made in .40 and .357 .
    • Goof: Vincent Lesca's driver's license number is listed as L42-940-634. However, this is impossible since New York licenses do not use any letters in identification numbers.
