CSI: Miami

While explaining how he helped fake Horatio's death, Ryan states that the medical examiner was an ATF plant. But Dr. Wellner was actually the fill-in medical examiner in the previous episode, before Horatio had even met Agent Caldwell and concocted the fake shooting.

Jose Zuniga who plays Juan Ortega in this episode, plays Detective Cavaliere on CSI, and has played a Detective on the original CSI since the forth season. Which is kind of ironic, because in this episode he plays a hard criminal, then on CSI, he puts away hard criminals. He also appears in an episode of CSI: Miami's first season playing Carl Galaz.

Calleigh is the only one on the team that doesn't see Horatio alive. Ryan knows the plan and Eric meets with Horatio but Calleigh doesn't.

$10,000,000 in $100 bills (the highest U.S. denomination) would require 100,000 bills and weigh approximately 220 pounds (100 Kg). There is no way that that much money would fit into a small briefcase and no way that Yelina could lift it on her own. Ironcially, Gil Grissom on CSI pointed out the same error to a crooked casino owner in the episode Suckers. Also, in CSI New York Detective Mac Taylor mentioned the weight of money too. In the latest episode, 5x01 Veritas, Mac said, The depths of the tire impressions on the car...would have been much deeper if there was two million dollars in that vehicle.
