Episode Summary

EDIT
The CSIs must race against time when all evidence in a murder case points to Horatio. When a murdered woman is discovered, Horatio admits that he was seeing her and that he was the last person to see her alive. Although the evidence logically points to Horatio as the killer, our CSIs must now dig deeper to find the real killer and learn who would have the motive and the method to frame him.moreless

  • A right royal screw up

    5.0
The officer under suspicion is nothing new in the world of CSI, its happened to Nick and Danny and probably a few others as well but its never been does as badly as what they did in this episode. Firstly why is Horatio or Hortios team even investigating the case? They're all biased. Why aren't the night or swing shifts investigating? Why aren't the dectectives keeping a closer eye on Horatio if he's under suspicion. Why did Horatio even go and confront the killer? Horato you think would be smarter tha this. Even though the judge unfairly wouldn't take the case further why isn't Orlando or wherever having the killer transfered to there? This episode was full of blunders. We haven't even seen the woman before. This was badly done, the major problem being we didn't even believe the idea that Horatio could of killed the woman. Unfortunate because episodes like this should be a non-stop rollercoastermoreless
  • Hated the episode.

    7.6
You could see the plot coming from a mile away. The judge at the end made you want to throw something at the tv. The guy walking free at the end was very annoying. I watch the show to see how they catch the bad guy. I hate that they have Eric using drugs. The show is heading for shark infested waters.
  • Saint H is human after all

    9.0
I think this was the best episode so far on season 4. We saw that H has life... they brought up Yelina situation. Frank still kicks ass.

Even this (someone may say once again) was bit more H-centred episode. I liked it. I love Calleigh, I love Ryan. Eric... well, I've always disliked him.

But the story... I think it was great. Is there a man who is smarter than Saint H and his team? They showed something about, well I call it H's new background, which makes things intersting, especially when we wait for crossover episode with CSINY. And despite screwups CSIs did week earlier. They were great. Alexx, even with little screentime, has still great one-liners.

One unneccessary thing for this episode was to bring that damn judge back. Perhaps some other case, but not this one.

H has now Mal Noche after him, this judge and this serial killer. Did we actually had to bring him (judge) back? Writers have ignored _so_many_things_ what they could have kept in the show (like Det. Adell and Det. Salas) but no... they decide to take this back.

    Hmph.

Oh yes, despite disliking Delko - he gets storyline. Yay!moreless
  • OMG

    9.9
I really liked this episode, but I don't quite get why no one thought about the song! Thievery Corporation's Heaven's Gonna Burn Your Eyes! When Horatio's been put into a hoding cell by Stetler, he asks for Calleigh, and askes her to bring her kit. Calleigh: I can't believe Stetler put you in a holding cell.

Horatio: It's what he does, Calleigh.

Calleigh: Resden seems to be one step ahead of us at every turn, and you know that if the news gets this it'll look like there's blood on your hands when we know that isn't true.

Horatio: But there is blood on my hands.

Calleigh: That's why you asked me to bring the kit.

and in the background the song is playing and it says "...in my arms, I will catch you." when Calleigh swabs Horatio's hands.moreless
  • Under Suspecion

    9.8
Two teens went off the bridge and both friends survived. They found a woman in the river. It looked like someone was trying to frame Horatio because someone shot out the tire and Horatio was the last one to see the woman that was killed. They put a spike strip up to make someone go off the bridge right where the woman was located. The killer was believed to be one of Horatio's suspects in New York . The real killers name is Walter. He injured Horatio in New York. He was embarrassed by H because H let everybody know who he was.moreless
