The rosary beads in the killer's taxi seem to be important since they are shown in close up several times. There could be a relationship between them and "L2729" that the taxi killer carves at the back of his victims' neck, which might be a passage in the Bible (Leviticus - 27:29) that says: None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death. It refers to the sacrifice of human life due to amoral behaviour, and it is ironic that the killer murders where amoral acts occurs.
