this episode was good, but not exellent, at the beggining, I was very curious about the true purpouse of the man who was calling that woman, but when I knew the reason why, I was a little disppointed, however, this case was very interesting and obviusly, it gets extra points by sela ward`s character, who was brilliant here, I really loved the subplot about her adoppted daughter trying to learn how to live in new york.

ummmm, I kwon that this doesn´t have anything to do with this chapter, but ¿Does somebody know what happened with mac`s girlfriend? the one who appeared in the previous season.

ok... bad idea to eat breakfast while watching this episode! I can tolerate a lot but I almost puked when I saw the guy in the car and then the autopsy...

Apart from that the chapter was pretty good. We got to meet Jo's adopted daughter and see her in a familiar situation and kicking some a** too. I liked it

Nice Flack moments... First words cookie and cake?? I can just imagine him being a fatty kid with chubby cheeks... so cute!!

Very little Danny and Lindsay... maybe we'll get a chapter with more of them soon?? I miss the DL we had in the first chapters!! they barely talk to each other!

I love Sid and Hawkes moments...

Mac is smiling a lot more this season... I liked it but it feels wrong if it's all because of Jo since Stella didn't make him smile so much

    Funny Adam, as always...

The desperate mom was not very good at it... I mean, she seems to be over acting all the time... I didn't believe her... The story was good but all the girl in Rikers planning everything... I didn't like that actress either...

I expected from the moment I saw the body that this is not Jeremy, so no surprise here. The way Craig was killed was really scary. Being trapped in his own body plus an excruciating pain. And probably aware that he is dying. Terrible. It nice that Jeremy survived. His parents suffered enough. Allison Scott was repulsive person for me. I didn't feel sorry for her at all.

It was good to meet Jo's daughter Ellie. I liked the mother-daughter chemistry between them.

I also liked the conversation between Flack and Mrs Anderson. He showed a lot of empathy and compassion but a few minutes later he was very resolute while talking to frightened Mr Harris. Very good work of Eddie Cahill.

It seems that Mac grew very fond of Jo. Is there possibility for romance? He is smiling a lot around her. By the way - there is a bigger mess on Jo's desk than on mine. That's quite an achievement!

    It was a nice episode.
  • A couple who have been trying to find their missing son start receiving phone calls from a person who claims to know their son's whereabouts. When one call leads the couple to a gruesome discovery, Mac and the team step in to investigate.

We have seen the theme that the quest for revenge can lead to even greater tragedy in the episode titled "And Here's to you, Mrs. Azreal". However I am giving this episode a high score because it goes about conveying it's theme in a very clever and suspenseful way. What also makes this episode work is watching the story unfold. Seeing Mac and the team on the case is very entertaining here. The explanation as to why the phone caller is playing games with the distressed couple is plausible and not predictable which is always a good thing. Strong episode.
