Also interesting the hit man had a change of heart, nice to know that he has standards. And he looked so familiar, I could've sworn he was one of the baddies on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, back in the day.

You are right. I had recognized him from ther shows. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0576015/ That is the link that lists all the shwos he was on.

Yeah but, isn't it shocking at least that a hitman shows up at a police station and says: Morning, I'm a hitman but I don't kill women and kids. Take a look into it because the person that hired me last is nuts. I mean, a hitman, someone who kills people for money. Shouldn't they have done something about him?

I am going to un pin this thread at the request of the editor who told me to this. There is a bug not letting the editor do this.

They didn't know which people he killed, they had no evidence to prove he did it, and walking in saying 'I'm a hitman' doesn't really count as a formal confession. I agree with you, though.

Yeah, I understand that they didn't arrest him based solely on his words (he could be making it up for that matter) but since he was proven right, shouldn't they have kept an eye on him and track his movements? Report him to FBI or whatever. I dunno, I missed a little something there. They let him go with a pat in his shoulder.
