No need to use spoiler tags at the spoiler thread, Laura

I'm gonna remove the unsourced episode list from the summary entries at the beginning of the thread as it has been proven wrong for the first 3 episodes already.

Post #3 has been updated with all the new information from episodes 8x01, 8x02 and 8x03.

-Anything on CSI: New York's Danny and Lindsay?

We had a feeling you'd want some Danny-Lindsay scoop so we tracked down CSI: New York executive producer Pam Veasey and she told us that Danny's (Carmine Giovinazzo) new promotion makes things a challenge for the married detectives: "They are like ships passing in the night. They have to deal with that and wonder what [the promotion] is worth and then Danny will make a decision about it." Does that mean he'll be returning to the crime lab soon? She says: "It's awhile, it takes awhile. But they do have to talk about it."

-Are we going to see Lucy Messer this season on CSI: New York?

Survey says: Yes! Executive producer Pam Veasey tells us we'll see the littlest Messer again: "But she won't be 19 or anything. She'll be her true age. We won't advance her forward and be like. '[Speaks in adult voice] Hi, Mom.'"
    Source.

    ____________________

Episode 8.04 of CSI: New York will be called "Officer Involved" which revolves around Danny being investigated by Internal Affairs Source.

-"Officer Involved" starts things off immediately with Danny waking up on a NYC street next to a dead body. He has blood on his hand and his ankle holster is empty: the gun's missing. Two officers in civilian clothing (Terrence Foley and George Cates) run up to Danny and it appears they're also injured. As Danny starts to stand up with the officers' assistance, he notices Officer Cooper (from episode 8.03) to his side, with his weapon, and claiming to have shot in the guy on the ground in self-defense.
-Adam is out in the field processing the scene.
-There's a D/L scene where Lindsay wants to take Danny out to dinner, but he doesn't quite feel up to it. She pushes the issue...
    Source.

-The episode seems to pick up where episode 8.03 left off. Danny wakes up on the ground and looks around, seeing a dead body and feeling blood on his head. He notices that his ankle holster is empty, and Officer Lauren Cooper is holding his gun nearby. Two of Danny's other rookies, Officer Cates and Officer Foley, tell him what happened: a couple of guys started a fight, and they hit Danny over the head with a bottle. One of the guys pulled a gun and shot at Lauren, and she took Danny's gun and fired back. She killed the man in self-defense.
-Lindsay comes to the scene and tells Danny she got a babysitter. Danny says she doesn't have to worry about him, but she says she wants to get some dinner together so they can spend a few hours not worrying about what's going to happen.
-The team finds GSR on the victim's sleeve, but there's no sign of the gun. It looks like Lauren, Cates and Foley are hiding something, and the CSIs need to figure out exactly what happened because Danny was unconscious during the shooting. The search for the gun gets more urgent when it is used to kill someone.
-Adam works the scene. I see everyone but Sid (although he could still be there, of course). Later in the episode, Lindsay confronts Lauren about whatever she's hiding, pointing out that Danny's career could be ruined.
    Source.

I like the fact that they cut Eddie's hair back to the way it was from seasons 2-6 and not his "old man" hair from season 7. lol

    8.05 "Air Apparent"

~ The team processes a gruesome crime scene, where a young woman named Angela has been stabbed to death. There's blood everywhere, and the name "Bill" is written on the wall in blood. This seems to point straight to her boyfriend Bill, an ex-convict who was released from prison several weeks ago. The police arrest him while he's at family dinner with his mother and brother Jordy. Bill swears he didn't kill Angela, but there's cocaine in her apartment, and he's got cocaine in his system.

~ Jordy is one of the top high school basketball players in the country, and he's really going places - he doesn't need any distractions when there are college scouts watching his every move on the court. Bill used to be a good basketball player too, before he screwed up his life and ended up in jail. Jordy is devastated because his brother swore he'd clean up his act this time.

~ It looks like Flack's sister Samantha will make an appearance!

~ Overall, I see everyone but Sid and Adam (which doesn't mean they won't be there, of course). It looks like the episode will focus more on Mac and Flack.

8.06 "Get Me Out Of Here!" (courtesy of Shane)

~ This is definitely aimed towards being a Halloween episode. Ally and Brian are two teenagers making their way through Marymount Cementary, trying to catch up to one another so they can engage in sexual activities. Brian is finally able to catch up to Ally but she doesn't want to make it appear that he can get with her so easy. She runs off again, laughing, but ends up falling face first into a deep hole in the ground. Fortunately for her, she's not alone! Well, kind of. She's on top of a very very dead body. Gross!

~ Mac, Jo, and Flack are the first ones to arrive at the scene. Hawkes gets the dirty work -- having to jump in the grave and process it.

~ Adam may have been in a fraternity.

~ Adam's also out in the field with Danny.

~ Not much else, but everyone is mentioned.
