Season 9 Spoilers thread (Spoilers here only please)

    Out of respect for Spoiler free people and in an effort to support their decision and make their navigation around the forum safe, this is the one and only thread where spoilers are allowed to be posted and commented on.



    1) These aren't considered spoilers:

    a) CBS video promos from the website or Youtube.

    b) Episode synopses from tv.com, IMDb, or TV Guide.

    c) EDITED episode synopses from thefutoncritic.com.

    d) Cast list from IMDb.

    2)These are spoilers:

    a) Promotional stills and pictures from the episode

    b) Sides, scripts, plot giveaways

    c) Basically anything that's NOT in what is mentioned above. For example - if CBS decides on a Monday that they want to post all sorts of pictures about Wednesday's episode, that's okay - it's CBS releasing it for the public, not someone getting their hands on something that CBS doesn't want the public to know.

    2) You can post links to things, so long as you mention that there are spoilers in the link. Promo stills should not be posted until the day of the episode. If you want to post the pic before then, post a link to it.

    3) Remember that if the word "spoilers" is not in the thread title, you need to give warning when you post them. This can be done by putting WARNING: SPOILERS and then several lines between the warning and the spoilers, then putting END SPOILERS. Please keep in mind that multiple spaces do not always format correctly, so try putting asterisks instead of blank lines. Preferably, the warning should be in ALL CAPS and also in RED TEXT so that it is more noticeable when skimming.

    Or, you can white the spoilers out, so that you have to highlight to read it. That way, if you don't want to know, you don't have to read it. If your post has the 'blue' background, please use the quote function - [quote ] [ / quote ] without the spaces - and then white it out. If you don't know what color background your post will have, PREVIEW IT FIRST. Yeah. You can do that. This is a tv.com rule.

    4) Once an episode has aired in the ENTIRE US and Canada, it is no longer considered a spoiler. It is generally a good idea, if you are SF, to avoid the forums on Wednesday nights from 10 PM Eastern to 2 AM Eastern Thursday morning - or whenever NY has finished airing in your time zone.

    5) There is a general spoiler thread, which can be found here. ANY and ALL spoilers go inthat thread.

    ANY and ALL spoilers go in that thread. Also, in the correct episode discussion threads, provided that they are posted properly, as stated in #3. Under no circumstances are spoilers to be posted in the other threads, unless they are posted properly. NO SPOILERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE M&M THREADS OR ANY OTHER THREAD AT ALL.

    6) A theory that you concocted is NOT a spoiler. The only way you could spoil someone with speculation was if you mention an actual spoiler in your theory. Speculating about what is going to happen is half the fun of watching a television show, and we aren't going to keep you from doing that.

    7) Something that was SUPPOSED to happen in an episode, but DIDN'T, is STILL considered a spoiler. Just because it didn't happen in that particular episode doesn't mean that it won't happen later. Episodes are rewritten multiple times before being filmed, and it's possible that the scene was pushed back. Also, spoilers are often unreliable information.

    For example, when 312 aired, a lot of people assumed it was Lindsay's last episode, even though it had been previously stated that 314 was. After 312 aired, people complained that they had removed the card that Lindsay gives Danny. "What happened to the card?" "Lindsay was supposed to give Danny a card!" The card came in 314, and thanks to those people, we SF people were spoiled.

    8 ) Letting people know if a spoiler is good or bad is STILL a spoiler! Saying that you're excited about an upcoming episode because the spoilers are good is basically ruining the episode for us SF people.

    9) Please do NOT quote spoilers. Also, please refrain from discussing said spoilers in any thread other than the spoiler thread, unless you follow the same guidelines you would for posting a spoiler.

    General Spoilers:

    -"Pam and I have already started kicking around ideas. New York City is amazing. Even eight years in, we're not done. But also characterwise, personal things, that if there is a season nine we're really hoping to delve even further. In season nine we want to take those [personal moments] further, we don't want to just do it in little blips."
    -"We're hoping to pepper the entire season with half of an episode dedicated to the possibility of even spending a day off with each character. While the rest of the team is at work and solving a particular crime: how is it that our characters spend that 24 hours when they have a day off. We'd like to actually spend a decent amount of time dealing with their personal lives, so we're hoping we have the opportunity."     Source.

    -Season 9 will feature more humor, surprises, gimmicks and personal stories. Every character will have an episode where we follow them home on their day off Source.

    -I don’t think by any means we are creating this [season] as if it’s the end.
    -We’re taking more risks and changing things up for our characters.
    -All of the personal lives of ours characters haven’t come into the lab in previous years and this year we decided to take time throughout the season to spend a day off with each one within an episode.
    -You will meet Flack’s grandmother. And his sister Samantha is back. It’s about family. It’s endearing and fun and charming, [and] you learn a little bit about his connection to his father.
    -We start our season with a really great two-parter that involves guest star Rob Morrow as an arsonist but then we go into some really fun, delightful stories that make you smile.
    -We have Natalie Martinez recurring in the first half of the season as a detective in our precinct. She’s done a lot of great work. She’s working with Flack. It’s sort of a “will he go there again?” storyline. He had a love relationship years ago with a detective and this character tempts that idea again.
    -No long-arc. We do occasionally bring in arcs with our guest stars, but it’s usually over just two or three episodes.
    -You’ll learn that Christine helped Mac recuperate after the shooting last year; that’s something we explore at the top of the season. She’s in this relationship for the long haul with him as is he, but there aren’t any definitive plans. They’re happy where they are, just growing and loving each other’s company Source.

    -Mac is very happy in this relationship, as is she. So you'll see this relationship develop throughout the year. We'll ultimately end with a great deal of happiness for Mac.
    -Mac will still be affected by the memories of the shooting. "He's still going to do his job, but I think he assesses things differently," Veasey says of her leading man. "It's something he's constantly reminded of. So you see how that situation can haunt him."
    -Things might once again heat up in the love life of Eddie Cahill's Det. Flack. The show has cast Natalie Martinez as Det. Jamie Lovato, who Veasey says "reminds Flack a lot of Angell"
    -And Danny and Lindsay may be expanding their family. We did leave the idea that they're looking for a new place to live," Veasey says. "Is it in the city? Is it out in the suburbs? Do they move away? Do they both continue to work at the lab? What are the challenges? Are there more children or not? [They're] establishing their family and how they want to define it Source.

    Episode 9x01 Reignited:

    "The team leads an investigation when a fire chief is killed in a blaze that used the same technique as a recently paroled arsonist"

    Episode 9x03: 2,918 Miles


    -A portion of the episode will be shot on location in San Francisco. The hook is 'bridge to bridge, Brooklyn to Golden Gate. There's a murder situation where we start in New York and travel to San Francisco Source-

    -A man gets mugged while crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, and he dies. They find an envelope with him, which contains three photos of a young woman. She has been badly beaten, but they don't know whether she's alive or dead.
    -They are able to identify the young woman in the photos as Mary. The 15-year-old girl's parents reported her missing two weeks ago.
    -Mary has an ATM card, and the team discovers that she withdrew all of her money the night she went missing, after having an argument with her parents. Mary's father doesn't like the suggestion that Mary ran away, but the team has to consider every possibility. Her parents just want to know what happened to their little girl, and they want the person who hurt her to pay for what they've done.
    -The search for Mary leads the team to San Francisco-
    -Peter Horton's FBI agent character is named Cade.
    -Jo's (now 14-year-old) daughter Ellie appears in this one, and she's got a boyfriend. Jo and Cade catch them kissing, and there's a bit of an awkward introduction Source.

    Episode 9x04: Unspoken


    -An innocent family outing turns tragic. Danny and Lindsay are out in the city with Lucy and Lindsay finds herself in a little bit of danger as she becomes an unfortunate victim and reluctant witness to something Source.

    -Lindsay's injury will lead to some great Danny-Lindsay moments and Lucy will make an appearance as well Source.

    -Brooklyn Silzer to replace twins Nadia and Talia Hartounian as Lucy Messer Source.

    -A political candidate, Gordon, is preparing to give a speech in Midtown, and there's a crowd. Lindsay is there with Lucy, and she panics when she loses sight of her daughter. It only takes a few terrifying moments before she finds the little girl, and she ducks down to hug Lucy with relief. She looks up in time to see a much bigger danger: a man pulls a gun out of the waistband of his pants, pointing it toward the stage and firing several shots. Gordon is shot in the shoulder, and Lindsay makes eye contact with the shooter before he runs off in the chaos. (Lindsay gets injured at some point, although I can't be more specific about how or what type of injury it is. Danny gets into the ambulance with her after passing Lucy to Jo, so he might have been there the whole time.)
    -Flack chases after the shooter, who ducks into an alley and ditches the gun in a dumpster. A pair of 9-10 year old kids, Lonnie and Aimee, are playing with a soccer ball nearby, and Lonnie moves to retrieve the gun after the shooter jumps over a fence. Meanwhile, Flack approaches the alley with his gun drawn, and he turns the corner just in time to hear a gunshot. Lonnie has accidentally shot Aimee in the stomach, and Flack rushes forward. He puts pressure on the wound, trying to keep her safe until help arrives, but the paramedics are unable to save her.
    -Meanwhile, Mac is getting impatient with the lack of progress regarding his memory issues. However, he hasn't told Christine or his colleagues that he's having trouble Source.

    Episode 9x05: Misconceptions


    -In 1992, an 8-year-old boy named Tommy went missing after he took his dog for a walk in the park. Although Tommy was presumed dead, his body was never found. The main suspect in the boy's disappearance was Craig, a 17-year-old local troublemaker, but he was never convicted. He left the city after the investigation, but he returns on the 20th anniversary of Tommy's disappearance. Craig is found murdered in the park with his throat slashed.
    -Mac was one of the detectives assigned to the taskforce investigating Tommy's disappearance 20 years ago.
    -Lovato (Natalie Martinez) works the case with the team, and Flack has the day off.
    -Flack has been taking boxing lessons for the past three months, and we see him trading blows with his teacher, Tony.
    -We meet Flack's grandmother, and his sister Sam (Kathleen Munroe) appears as well. We find out that Flack and Sam's father, Henry, recently passed away. We also find out that their mother left their father at some point in the past.
    -There's a flashback to when Flack was 8 and Sam was 6, when they went to a baseball game with their dad.
    -Jo is starting to suspect that something is up with Mac - it doesn't look like she knows about his memory problems yet, but she's aware that something is going on Source.

    Episode 9x06: The Lady In The Lake


    -Adam's Avalanche gets stolen, so he has to wait in the bullpen (the part of the police station where Flack's desk is located) to file a report. While he's there, he sits with two young girls who are waiting for their mother to get done with a lineup. He tells them a story about a "princess" to keep them (and himself) occupied.
    -The story is actually a case the team worked, and the episode features flashbacks to the events as Adam tells the girls what happened. The crime scene was near Belvedere Castle in Central Park, where a dead woman wearing a ballgown was found in the water.
    -Also, Adam found a piece of a "spaceship" near the crime scene, a golden shard of metal with traces of space dust on it home Source.
    -Several scenes from this episode will be filmed on location in NYC.
    -Adam tells the girls in the precinct about a man named Phil as a lead-in to the "princess" story. Phil was arrested for murder, and he confessed to dumping the gun he used in the Turtle Pond. Hawkes went diving to locate it, but the water was too murky. Mac had the pond drained, which allowed the team to locate Phil's gun, but it also revealed the body of the woman in the ballgown, Ashley Source.

    Episode 9x07: Clue: SI


    -Two young women are killed - Lisa is shot, and Ellen is hanged. When they test the rope used to hang Ellen, they discover GSR that matches Lisa's shooting. These deaths are connected, and the killer has more targets in his/her sights.
    -A man is arrested during an attempted robbery, and the gun he's using is the same one that killed Lisa. However, he denies shooting anyone. He insists that he found the gun next to Lisa's body; he didn't call the police because he has a criminal record, but he couldn't resist taking the weapon - as well as Lisa's jewelry.
    -There's some sort of prankster in the lab, and Lindsay is one of his/her victims - she ends up with blue rings around her eyes (most likely from ink applied to the eyepieces of a microscope), and she has to wear sunglasses until the ink wears off Source.

    Episode 9x08: Late Admission


    A young man from a private school named Nate recently committed suicide by overdosing on a mixture of dextroamphetamine pills (an ADHD drug) and alcohol. Now another boy from the school, Luke, has been murdered. The team finds dextroamphetamine pills in Luke's bag, but he didn't have a prescription. Luke was one of the best students in the school, so the CSIs wonder if he was using or selling the drugs, since they are sometimes used recreationally as a study aid.
    -Lindsay goes to Montana for the execution of Daniel Katums. (Katums was the man who killed Lindsay's friends when she was young, and she went to Montana to testify against him in 3.18 "Sleight Out of Hand".) The episode contains several flashbacks featuring Lindsay and her friends before they were killed. One of her friends was named Lucy, and Lindsay has a necklace that belonged to her, which she wears during the episode.
    -Lindsay also visits her childhood home and sees her father, Robert. They go fishing together, and Robert tries to convince her not to attend the execution. He just wants to protect her. It also mentions that Lindsay's mother is dead Source.

    Episode 9x09: Blood Out


    -Detective Lovato gets on the bus to head to work, and she sees a woman named Carmen sitting at the back of the bus. They recognize each other, but they're anything but friends. When a thug gets into a fight with a construction worker and pulls out a knife, Lovato announces that she's a police officer and arrests the man. When she looks back, Carmen is gone, and Lovato seems worried.
    -A gang member named Benny is tortured and killed, his body cut in half with a chainsaw. Lovato knows Benny from her time undercover. Back then she went by 'Anita', and she and Benny developed feelings for each other when she ingratiated herself with his gang.
    -Carmen was part of the gang as well, and they head to her apartment. She runs up the fire escape to the roof and tries to get away by jumping to the roof of the adjacent building--but she doesn't make it, falling to her death 15 stories below.
    -The team works with DEA Agent Hicks, who was Lovato's liaison when she worked the gang case. Carmen wasn't high up in the gang hierarchy, and they suspect she used Lovato's identity (as a cop) as a bargaining chip to get a promotion for herself. Benny became a target because he was close to Lovato in the past, but they still don't know who actually killed him.
    -Lovato talks to Flack a bit about her past, admitting that there was a point in her life where she could have fallen in with the wrong crowd, running from the cops instead of becoming one. Luckily, she ended up on the right path home Source.

    Episode 9x10: The Real McCoy


    -Justin is the co-owner of a popular bar modeled after a 1920s Prohibition-era speakeasy. He's found dead next to a Christmas tree lot, neck impaled on a metal spike. There's evidence of an altercation.
    -The other co-owner of the bar, Eli, has been friends with Justin since they were kids. Justin liked to gamble and take risks, and they opened the bar together after Justin won his half of the start-up money in Atlantic City.
    -Mac has breakfast at Christine's cafe. He has a whole list of things to do on his day off, and Christine suggests that he should use the day off to relax. Later, he's on the subway with a man named Charlie. They're the only two in the car, and they're there for a while. (I can't tell for sure, but it looks like the train might break down.) They end up talking about themselves, and Charlie shares half of his lunch Source.

    Episode 9x11: Command + P


    -A man named Mitch is killed - I can't be entirely sure, but it looks like something explodes near his head at close range. Elsewhere, another man name Caleb is shot using a strange gun.
    -Meanwhile, someone known as 'Mr Moneybags' is leaving anonymous checks for people around the city. Each one is made out for $1 million Source.

    Episode 9x12: Civilized Lies


    -Officer Mike has been shot and is in critical condition. Mike's son, Jake, is a cadet in the police academy and runs into Lindsay and Jo as they arrive at the hospital. Jake is trying to stay strong, and Jo gives him a needed push. They explain that they're there to collect evidence once Mike completes surgery, but unfortunately he doesn't pull through.
    -Lindsay knows who the officer is and shares a bit about the crime scenes they've worked together on.
    -Lovato is still around Source.

    Episode 9x13: Nine Thirteen


    -The CSIs lead an investigation after the body of a masked man found at the bottom of a notorious skyscraper adds to the mysterious count of deaths that form part of the history of the building. Meanwhile, Jo runs into a stranger with an unexpected link to her past while enjoying a day off Source.

    Episode 9x14: White Gold


    -Abby and Noah, both 19, are near a warehouse district vandalizing some walls with graffiti, one of the tags being "Murderer." Noah is more nervous about doing this than Abby, and is wanting to leave when the screech of a car around the corner startles them both. After checking to see what happened, they determine it was just a fender bender and proceed to tagging more of the walls. When the cars vroom off, they peek around the corner and see a body lying next to where the cars were once parked.
    -Flack and Lovato are the first to arrive at the scene.
    -The episode seems to delve into the world of NYC pizzerias. At one point, it seems like someone may have been killed over mozzarella Source.

    Here's a summary of the storyline that has to do with NY:

    Mac walks into the Vegas crime lab looking for D.B. Russell. They met at a forensics convention years ago. Mac has asked him a favour: to get him some Celine Dion tickets. They are a surprise for Christine as the whole Mac trip is. She has flown to Vegas for a Restaurateurs convention. With her busy bistro and Mac’s job it’s been hard for them to find time together so Mac has decided to surprise her showing up unexpectedly in Vegas. However, he hasn’t planned it very well (so unlike Mac though) and since he believes that she must be at the convention yet, he decided to hang out with D.B.Russell before catching her in her hotel later for dinner.

    Mac and D.B. Russell are heading towards Christine’s room. D.B. Russell has made a reservation for the three of them at a nice place. Mac hasn’t been able to reach her on her phone, she isn’t replying to his messages either so he believes that her phone must be dead. He knocks at the door but she doesn’t answer even though the convention is over and the desk has said that she checked in. D.B. Russell notices blood in the handle. Mac breaks in, the room is a mess, there’s blood around, Christine is nowhere to be seen. Mac freaks out. D.B. Russell calls his team.

    Mac keeps calling her, he is obviously uncomfortable with inactivity and not very patiently waiting as the room is being processed. There’s blood in the floor and a male shirt under the bed, also stained with blood but just on the outside, a transfer. They fear that the blood might be Christine’s. D.B. Russell calls NY to get a sample of her DNA from her place. Nick finds a diamond mixed in with broken glass in the room. The serial number on it can lead them to its owner. The get a jewellery shop address, but it has been robbed and the owner lies dead on the floor, shot twice. Christine’s phone is found in a second pool of blood (she has a cute wallpaper of her and Mac together).

    Back at the lab, Nick tells D.B. Russell and Mac that the jewellery shop owner was investigated 3 years ago for money laundering but that they couldn’t gather enough evidence. The crime scene at the jewellery shop suggests a robbery gone bad. The blood from the pool where Christine’s phone was found matches that found in the hotel room and in the shirt. Mac fears it’s Christine’s but they haven’t received the sample from NY to compare them. Nick has lifted a print from the jewellery shop safe and it belongs to a James Boyd from Queen. Mac knows him, he manages Christine’s bistro. Last Mac heard Christine was gonna fire him because he was trouble: he had gambling debts and hung out with the wrong people. Nick asks if they could have come together to Vegas. Mac says that she wants nothing with him. Nick asks Mac if he is sure of that. Mac resents the question but doesn’t take offense.

    Nick explains that after checking Christine’s phone, she has been exchanging messages with both Boyd and the jewellery shop owner about opening a new restaurant in Vegas in wich the jewellery shop owner was going to invest. Mac hasn’t heard a word about it and doesn’t find it likely as she has her hands full with the bistro in NY. According to the texts, Christine is the one who has set up the meeting. Plus her messages are pretty flirtatious. Mac says that then it’s not her. D.B. Russell decides to take a different approach and concentrates in the blood trail at the jewellery shop. It leads to the the back door and the parking lot but there wasn’t any car there. He orders to start looking for the car.

    Mac is going through Christine’s cell phone. Her messages say how she is looking forward to meeting the jewellery shop man and his diamonds, how she’s bought a new dress for the occasion and a sexy one at that. The jewellery shop man replies that he is looking forward to seeing it. D.B. Russell interrupts him, there’s nothing on the car yet. Mac can’t wrap his head around the idea that Christine was keeping secrets from him. D.B. Russell suggests that maybe she wanted to surprise him with the opening of the new restaurant in Vegas. Mac says there’s something they are missing, he feels that something isn’t fitting as Christine wouldn’t associate with such people. D.B. Russell asks Mac how well he does know her. Mac replies that he knows her well, that he knows the kind of woman she is. He tells D.B. Russell how Christine was at the hospital every single day for 6 months after Mac got shot and how she was praying for him when he woke up (that scene is actually shown), then Mac’s voice breaks. D.B. Russell gets a text saying that the car has been found.

    The passenger’s seat is heavily blood stained and a blond woman is found inside the trunk. Much to Mac’s relief, it is not Christine. He is identified as Kim from Queens and has drug priors. Mac immediately makes the connection: both Boyd and Kim are from Queens. Her time of death is consistent with the jewellery store robbery, so probably it was her blood there. She most likely stepped into the store with Boyd, diamonds were stolen, she got shot. The car has a paint transfer indicating that Boyd switched cars. Based on the paint, they can identify the car and Boyd is arrested alone in the desert about to cross to Utah.

    D.B. Russell and Mac both step into the interrogation room. Jimmy Boyd knows Mac but also knows that his badge is of no use there. Boyd says that if he doesn’t go back to NY then Christine dies. Mac loses his patience and yells at him asking where Christine is. Boyd says that she is in NY, that she never came to Vegas. Since he owes a lot of money he used her to try and make some. Some month ago a jeweller stepped into Christine’s restaurant and wanted Boyd to introduce him to the owner because he wanted to open one like that in Vegas. Jimmy knew that Christine was going to the Restaurateurs convention so he used that to his advantage. Boyd’s gf, Kim, looks a lot like Christine so he set up a meeting with the jewellery guy. He got Christine’s phone, her plane ticket and her hotel reservation and had Kim impersonate Christine. His plan was to rob some diamonds and fly back to NY to pay his debt.

    All the while Jimmy has left Christine with his brother. Mac loses his temper. Grabs Boyd and orders Boyd to call his brother and tell him that it is all over. Boyd says he can’t because the man he owes money to has grown nervous and grabbed them (Christine and Boyd’s brother) up. He doesn’t know where they are. If he doesn’t’ bring the diamonds back to NY tomorrow night they are dead.

    Mac wants to take Boyd and the diamonds back to NY to get Christine back, skipping all formalities. D.B. Russell says that he can’t do that. Mac is desperate because time is running out. He loves Christine, she saved his life. D.B. Russell says he will help him, he is coming with Mac.

    Episode 9x15: Seth and Apep ---> (This is the CSI: NY portion, part 2 of 2, of the crossover event taking place with original CSI).


    -Christine is still missing, but she is now in NY. She's not the only one who has been kidnapped.
    -D.B. Russell from Las Vegas is in New York. At one point Mac is M.I.A. Jo, Flack and Russell are not aware what Mac is up to, and Russell volunteers to go find Mac.
    -Christine is somehow connected to some missing diamonds.
    -While Mac does not seem like the kind of guy who would be a vigilante and assassinate someone, we do see him put to the test and may see him do something like we haven't before.
    -Flack is put in a difficult position when it comes to what Mac has to do to find Christine Source.

    Episode 9x16: Blood Actually


    -This is the penultimate episode of Season 9
    -It’s Valentine's Day themed. Flack and Lovato appear to still have a 'thing' for each other. Lovato reminds him that it's Valentine's Day, and he asks if she wants to do something later.
    -There appears to be multiple cases in the episode, possibly more than two. From what I gather it's similar to the original CSI's "Toe Tags" and "Kill Me If You Can" episodes, where there's a different title for each case. One of the titles is "Love Is Blind."
    -Danny and Hawkes work a case involving a mismatched couple, and Hawkes makes a quip about how Lindsay choosing Danny is far-fetched.
    -Mac meets up with Christine at a piano bar for a Valentine's Day dinner Source.

    Episode 9x17: Today Is Life


    -This is the Season 9 finale.
    -Whereas in the past few years finales have more of a personal component to them, 9x17 seems more case-driven. The police are suspected of killing an unarmed suspect, despite them swearing to their grave that the perp was carrying.
    -A group of protesters breaks into NYPD. Mac and Flack are in the middle of an interrogation when chaos erupts on the floors.
    -Adam is out in the field, Flack gets (slightly) injured, Lovato is around Source.
    -Mac contemplates his future with Christine Source.

    OMG!!! I'm soooo happy to see this thread in here!! YAY!! Not because of the spoilers, which I love, but because that means we get another season!! YAY!

    I'd love to see more personal life of some characters... see how Flack is at home or Adam hanging out at some friends couch playing games...

    To me the perspective of spending a day off with each character sounds fanstastic. It's pretty much what many of us have been hoping to see for a long time now. I really hope TPTB's plans in that regard come to fruition

    me too. They listened to us fans and saved the show if only the rest?

    Might be more a question thing but in case... Any cast member contract up in the air? Even recurring roles?

    Seems like it!

    I read somewhere else that CBS ordered just 18 chapters for this new seaso (just like the last one) but that would leave the show up to 198 chapters in total, but they are optimist about getting 2 more chapters so the show can reach the 200 mark

    Also... and might night be able to find this out until that episode airs but will Stella's hottie FDNY be in it. I sadly have forgotten the acotrs or characters name. Just his yummy-ness.
