    Greek to me.

pixie - you seem quite into the cricket! It's a HUGE thing in Australia at the moment. No offence but I'd love to see the Aussies win it back! Although Freddy Flintoff is doing his best to stop that!!

Fiona - My dad and brother loves it and I grew up not paying much attention so it's usually blah blah, blah blah blah whenever it's on! Only since last year (I was very pregnant and can't be bothered doing anything) did I start watching during the last ashes - it was a very exciting series!

Hey, I thought Australia's into Aussie Rules Footie?  I tried to watch a cricket game once when I was in Perth, but just couldn't bring myself to understand the game.  I very much preferred the fast-paced footie!

Footy in Winter, Cricket in Summer! I have to say I prefer cricket. Especially in the test matches - they can last around 3-5 days - you can always walk away, do something else and you can still watch the best bits on replay a million times, haahahaa Footy is a bit too "bunch of blokes bashing each other up" for me.
That's what I thought too, the first time I watched footy. But the whole game kinda grew on me, and how could I resist watching men in TIGHT shorts with their pure muscular bodies, running up and down the field 'bashing each other up'

For the benefit of our American friends, Australian rules football doesnt require any type of headgear, shoulder pads or safety gear of any sort. Just the Tight Shorts and Gernsey (if I spelled it correctly) = jersey. I won't bore you with the rules

Okay, I am a silly American, but what is rounders? I have heard of cricket (have even watched some) but never heard of rounders. I love badminton even though I am a total clutz!

Only being a silly english girl(hehe) ,I have very little idea of baseball, stupid i know, but my dads definiton is a kids version of baseball!!The difference between baseball and rounders is the size of the bat,the way the field is set out and the scoring.

I am not sure about any of this so correct me if I'm wrong!!!
