All of the CSIs have some great points and then some not so great points.

CSI - Brilliant characters. Sara and Grissom rock! Plus more believable than the other two CSIs - no technology that is too advanced etc. which is often a big downside to them.

CSI : NY - Lindsay is such a good character. The setting is AMAZING but some of the storylines are way too far-fetched which sometimes makes it seem a bit silly.

CSI : Miami - Some cool plotlines and a few good characters. BUT every episode has a really cheesy line near the end which is really funny but always sounds a little odd.

The order I would put them in is:

    1. CSI: NY
    2. CSI
    3. CSI: MIAMI

They all have certain moments to which I enjoy, but if I had to pick one it would be NY - Vegas and Miami are not too far behind though.

    CSI:NY
    CSI:Miami
    CSI,
I used to like Miami more but since I bought the DVD's of CSI:NY season 1 I got sucked into the show. Love the personalities, the story-lines, everything. The only bad thing on CSI:Miami is that everything looks so fake, everybody looks so "perfect" and "beautiful" in some kind of freaky way.. even the badguys look like models sometimes

Uhh. They use Blue filter for CSI:NY and Black filter for CSI:

They're has been character development w/ the characters on NY. Mac being there for is late wife's son. Some of Mac's past came up which makes me understand why he is the way he is more Stella's had a couple story lines. Hawks in the field now, and balancing be a doc and a detective. There was some things about his past too. Dann and Linds getting together, that keeps going up and down. Adam's been developed more than the work drones on CSI: LV

I remember reading about the filters somwhere. But still watch the show. How could you mistake CSI: for a blue filter?

For me it goes like this:

I watch New York like it's my oxygen.
I'm starting to watch Miami more frequently now. I just can't stay interested in Vegas. I hardly ever watch VEgas because for some weird reason it confuses me.

For me Vegas is my oxygen. I feel like that Jordan Sparks song "No Air" if I can't watch Grissom devolve without Sara around. I'm gonna miss him when he leaves. It's a tie between NY and Miami for second place. I love the interaction between both groups. I'm an M&M from the very beginning. I'm also a big supporter of Eric and Calliegh pursuing a relationship. Horatio with his "sunglasses of justice" just cracks me up. Sid has got to be my favorite comedic character from NY.

My number one pick of all three CSI's has been and will always be the original CSI>

how have i not posted on this thread yet?!

    1. CSI:NY= everything about this show (well except for season 4), the cast is brilliant no one gets on my nerves, the stories are so good and it takes place in the greatest city on earth. i've been a fan of NY since the first episode, i wasn't even going to watch it b/c i am not really a Miami fan but when i watched it i was hooked.

    2. CSI= i've been a fan since season 1. this is the first show i was ever hooked to and the first where i really liked the characters. i haven't watched CSI in almost two years on TV but it'll always have the best cast, interesting stories and just be the best.

    3. CSI:Miami= the only reason i tune in sometimes and get the dvds is for Calleigh, Delko and Natalia. the show bothers me a bit with it's stories and Horatio.

If you would have asked me this 2 years ago, my answer would have been:

    CSI: MIAMI

    CSI: NY

    CSI

I just thought MIAMI had a beautiful setting and Horatio was awesome. But lately it's been going down hill with the arrival of Walter the the slowly depleting story plots. So now, I'm focusing more on NY because Mac, Jo, Flack, and Lindsey are amazing. Plus there is a little humor in the mix.

So now I like it: CSI: NY: CSI: MIAMI, and CSI.

For some reason I could ever get into CSI: LV. And since the show got rid of Grissom, it doesn't seem like the same show anymore.
