Mac: I don't get it, Hank. So, what, you see the end, and you think: why not have one last exciting adventure?
Hank Shelton: No. I just didn't want to go to a nursing home. I can't afford home care. What am I, gonna get a job? Make a few bucks here or there changing a light bulb? I didn't see another way. I'm a burden to my son, you know? He would have put me in a home. Dying next to people I don't know, a few marbles left rolling around in my head, drooling, drooling on my bingo card. I just wanted to die at home!
