At approximately 8:45 into the episode, Mac approaches Howie Davis on the roof and Danny follows him a moment later. Watch Danny: Carmine Giovinazzo turns and almost trips over the crime scene case, then struggles not to laugh as he approaches the other two actors.
Carmine did also trip on a stereo in 1x20 Supply and Demand.
Goof: When Taylor is talking to the witness protection agent, Candace, the same guy runs past them twice. He is wearing a dark sweater with 3 stripes on the hood and he runs by at first, and then puts his arms around two men in suits in the background. About a minute or two later, he's jogging right behind Mac and Candace again.
Stella: (To Hawkes) So we've got two unanswered questions: the hair and the whiskey. I say we hit the bottle first.
Hawkes: (to a Lab Tech) Ok, set the lights at a lower angle... I have a date with an unconscious snake.
Mac: (To Flack) Get him out of my face.
Mac: (To an abusive father) I'd give a year's pay to have two minutes alone in this room with you, but since that's not gonna happen, I'll just tell you this...you're gonna go to a place where you're never going to hurt him again.
Danny: (after releasing a racing pigeon) Houston, we have lift off.

Guest Star John Wesley Shipp played forensic scientist/superhero, Barry Allen (aka The Flash), on the short-lived Flash Television series. Interestingly, fellow guest star Kyle Gallner played a younger version of this character (called Bart Allen), on CW's Smallville.
