  • As a Bo Sox Fan I love this episode.

Danny admitting Boston's a tough team the the evil empire needs to get their act together (I'm not allowed to say the "Y" word) but a huge smile on my face. The woman in the lace getting hit by the truck, was classic. What wasn't classic is she was running from a psycho pitcher who had a hand in killing both the woman hit by the bus and the dead Red Sox Fan. Great storyline, everything, at least here , is connected. Mac trying to make things right is classic Mac. Confronted with the possibility that the evidence or at least the interpretation of the evidence is wrong, has Mac's head spinning. But being the guy that he is, he goes against the norm and works at making it right.

It starts off with a girl running, and when you think she is going to get away, BAM. She gets hit by a truck. This was no longer a homocide, but it ties back into the case that Stella and Danny are working.

I liked the banter with Stella and Hawkes about switching jobs. Very cute. Okay, so Stella and Danny's case is about a man who is found dead in his car. The murder weapon turns out to be a baseball. Wow that would hurt so bad! Great episode because we got to see Danny work up a sweat and throw baseballs at a door, and run and snatch one away from the kids in the stands. I thought that was pretty funny. The killer shocked me when it turned out to be the guy sitting next to the vic. He killed him because he kissed him on the lips. Haha.

Mac was re-working a case where they found the guy guilty, but know he has found evidence to help prove his inoccence. It was sad when Mac started to talk about Claire with Stella. Mac got all happy when he did the test that changed their conclusions.=) It was absolutely adorable when Mac said he just didn't want to take it off, when Stella asked why he keeps his wedding ring on. I didn't like that guy that wouldn't recall Mac to the stand. What a jerk! But at the end of the episode Mac gets recalled, so I was a bit confused there.
  • Great for what it's worth, but a bit redundant with the whole "we need to prove this convict's innocence because he really didn't do the crime...."

    The Beginning:

A girl is running from danger and seemingly escapes only to get run over? Sucks for her. What sucks even more is that it happens while she is in a lace teddy. And what sucks even more is the driver wasn't even going that fast. It was just well, it was a truck. I'm sure had it been a smaller car she would have been fine.

    The Cases:

Again we have two cases that turn into one. Brilliant. What's brilliant is you don't think about what actually killed them till the end. I guess the baseball star didn't realize how strong his throw really was. It also plays into the dumb jock motif. Well if you know you throw fast, you are a major league pitcher, and what do you think a ball going 90 mph is going to do to a person's body. Though the bit with the convict who claims he didn't kill a girl didn’t take up much of the episode, it does seem it was a bit more important. It shows how Mac really just cares about the evidence. True he hates real criminals but he is very interested in seeing the truth. Yet he had to follow his gut in order to figure out what happened, and he always criticized Danny for doing that.

    Favorite Scene:

The scene between Stella and Mac where Mac informs him why he felt he had to find the truth behind Sullivan's trial. I do think this has been done before, just in another CSI. And I wish they would stop that. Really.

    Favorite Science Bit:

Favorite science bit had to be the part where Mac is in the truck and figures out how fast he was going when he crashed without even using any mechanical equipment. He could tell because on the speedometer there is a little white mark where it happened. Overall:

A good episode. The murder weapon was definitely interesting, but the motive was kinda silly.
  • The team examines the murder of an avid Boston Red Sox fan found dead after a tough loss against New York. Meanwhile, after testifying in a murder trial, Mac is confronted by the defendant.

Well, the episoide was actually quite intresting, i will start with Mac being wrong about that guy who was in prison, well i don't get why he lied, he said it would make him look guilty but in fact it would save him, i'm kinda of surpirsed he left this late to tell them. it's strange how one fact that can change the conclusion but i think it was mac words in court-room that made it clear he should of told him.

The baseball case, yes it was intresting but that guy had a temper, i would done the samething but the baseball wasn't meant to kill him but it's an intresting way to kill someone by accident. 93mph was quite fast, almost as fast as a tennis ball being hit by a racket. That was bad luck but i hate it when women make fun of guys, even though that was joke i know i would hate it. i'm not saying that other guy deserved to die to kissing him but i would of been angry about it. Most normal people would wave their hands in their air not kiss another guy.
