  • Danny and Sheldon go deep beneath the Hudson River to investigate the death of a SCUBA diver whose body was found by boat racers. The investigation reveals that the death maybe tied to something even bigger and more dangerous than exploring the Hudson.

CSI: NY continues to deliver it's well written and entertaining episdoes with this terrific installment. The scenes of Danny and Sheldon are diving on the Red Bird subway cars at the bottom of the Hudson River are very realistic looking and even a little scary which is a high point of this episode. Another reason why the episode works so well is because it tricks the viewer into guessing where the story is going and then takes a huge and unexpected turn to a fantastic climax. I hope CSI: NY can keep up the good work for the season.

  • good episode...

The team investigates the death of a diver that turned up in the water. It leads to a terrorist attack which they stop. I liked the story in this episode. It was unique and pretty well done. I thought the whole part when the investigator was trapped under water with his tank was pointless. It added nothing to the character. I liked how Danny saved him, but it still seemed pretty pointless to me. I liked how Mac had to change his number because of the caller. It seems like they're setting something up for the future. Overall, good episode. Nothing great, but not that bad.

This episode made my heart beat really really fast. Talk about a cardio work out. I felt like I was there. I could feel the tension as Sheldon and Danny were in the water. I felt sorry for Lindsay cos she was watching and there was nothing she could do. I would hate to be in that position. I think that this is one of those episodes that shows how strongly they are connected. Danny was fantastic helping Sheldon out. This programme seems to go from ok to good to great ... How much further can it possibly get to. Looking forward to next weeks.
  • This was a very well written episode and the plot was cleverly written.

I was on the edge of my seat throughout this episode because the plot just kept on twisting around and you really had to concentrate to keep up with it. Even though the episode was quite fast paced it was good to watch. The fake gold coins were a brilliant twist and the part at the end where they searched the apartment and realised they were building a bomb was very exciting. The race to find the bomb in time before it went off was exciting if a little predictable that they were going to find it in time and stop it from going off and hurting anyone. Still, it was a good episode and I just hope that they can carry on writing good episodes like this one for the rest of the season.
  • Great ending and story

I personally found this a bit anti-climatic after the season opener. it was a good story, great ending and good bit of history but it seemed a bit tooo easy. they kept going through the easy way to get to the each criminal.

it seemed obvious from the start who would kill him, one of his instructee's and they didn't bring in any outside suspects. i thought this was a weak point of the story line

secondly it was very sterotypical. the foreign ones being the killers, i was upset they couldn't of thought up a better way of why they died.

the coin thing is also the same as csi: las vegas episode i once saw.
  • Very good episode after last weeks disappointment. The case was interesting with the search for the bomb which began with a red herring about fake gold coins. From there we had to hold our breath since it appeared that Stella was on the verge

Very good episode after last weeks disappointment. The case was interesting with the search for the bomb which began with a red herring about fake gold coins. From there we had to hold our breath since it appeared that Stella was on the verge of meeting another crazy boyfriend. I wish Mack had did more but in absence of action he had plenty of bad attitude. I'm guessing this was because of the mystery calls he's been getting no matter where he goes. Good episode hopefully we're back to CSI NY as were used to it with each episode bringing something new and fun to watch each Wednesday.
  • Very scary underwater!

This was one of the scariest shows in the series in which underused and underrated, at least in my book, Sheldon Hawks usually is sitting on the sidelines. But since the takeover of last season's precinct, he has been getting part of the action. This time, he is called to go underwater. But the bad news is that he can't get back up. Something and possibly someone is holding him back, wanting him to run out of breath and drown. The team comes together for the rescue. As Lindsay and Danny do make a cute couuple. Danny risks his life in helping out Sheldon. Great show!
  • A really, REALLY good one.

I really liked the episode. The scene with Danny and Sheldon underwater was really intense. Lindsay looked worried before Sheldon was even in danger. (I guess she was worried about her man Danny being underwater). I was wondering why she looked so scared and then everything went wrong. I was shrieking the entire time. LOL Poor Sheldon... injured. I liked how Lindsay tried to compliment Danny and he told her to stop goofing off. :-) I'm wondering how Mac, Don and Stella let that kid get past them. Three veteran cops! Come on...I didn't like that. I thought they should have had him as soon as they approached him. But it did add some excitement to the episode so I won't complain. When someone in my CSI group on Yahoo first reported that Kerr Smith would be a potential love interest for Stella, I didn't like the idea. But now I think it's great, as long as he's actually portrayed as a younger man. I really don't want them to try to pass him off as someone her age. I think it will be really interesting to see how Stella handles that older woman-younger man "taboo" that still exists. The dead bodies pulled from the ocean were disgusting. I think those are two of the worst looking dead bodies I've seen on the show. Even Sid had to cover his nose to avoid the smell. LOL Another great episode. I am pleased. I can NOT wait to see Flack in a tux next week. Also, I'm wondering when Peyton will return. I like her and Mac needs her.
  • Tank tops, tracheas and trapped under water! Terrific!

Great episode! Loved the ode to New Jersey and the Danny/Staten Island connection. Flack is a piece of work. But an awesome piece of work.

I'll admit, the under water scene scared me. I was freaking out! Though I did love that bit with the head of the ship.

Stella has a stalker! And a cute stalker, at that. Still, he gives me the creeps. Also, would it kill her to cover up the girls for once?

The D/L scene was.... interesting. Bit of a relationship developement. He was so embarrassed. Adorable.

YAY, I'm not the only one who thinks of Sid during frightening situations! Oh, and there was a bomb.
  • Buried Treasure to a hit via bomb. Different.

The writing for this script was obviously challenging. To be able to link the buried treasure scenario to the bomb attacked was interesting. A little off the wall. But it is NYC and anything can happen in NYC. Sid's autopsy was probably the grossest to date, my kudos to special effects and make up. Mac's only acknowledgement of his stalker is him changing extensions. Hawkes in peril for a change. Stella pulling her weapon. YEAH! A nice Danny & Lindsay moment in the lab. Danny's not used to praise I think. They even managed to introduce a new friend for Stella. All in under an hour. You just gotta love this show.
  • 2 bodies, a bomb, Danny half dressed and being funny....

The case was great! I have to admit that, as a lot of people have said, it would probably be better if they decided to make this case a 2 chapter story but it was good anyways. Mac is really pissed of, he is going to hurt someone if they don't solve the 3:33 stuff! Stella has very bad luck with men!! Poor girl! First it's Frankie and now this guy played by Kerr Smith that is nearly stalking her!! I loved the grown up of Danny and Hawkes relationship! And the scene with these 2 and Flack at the ambulance was hilarious!! Danny making jokes, Hawkes trying not to laugh and Flack playing with the 2 of them! I love this program because they are all really good friends!! Lindsay appears less time that I wanted but the scene with Danny is really sweet. She is so proud of him!!

Good to wacth although is not the best chapter of the series!
  • So nice to watch this eppie... I love what they are doing in the NY. Denny, Mac, Stella, Flack, Lindsy, Adam, Hawks. This eppie... I loved it very very much.

Wow!!!! So nice I loved this episode. I loved when Denny hlep Hawks out of the deep sea. And I loved how Stella catch the what suspect did (set the bomb). I loved how Mac got his man at the sea. It was so cool. Mac was so smart.

And Lindsy... when Denny and Hawks got in trouble

she was so worried and after Denny's got back, I know how Lindsy felt, because I know and I felt it same as Lindsy. And most reason that I watch CSI NY because they are so caring each other they have strong bond. I love them... Anyway all I can say is this episode was really really great. I really can't wait next episode but I will wait.
  • WOW! Talk about getting straight into the action. I loved it. This was an awesome eppie. I loved how Mac got his man and was ticked off at the same time. It was so cool. Mac was good all the way around in this eppie. And Stella balanced him help. 5 thumbs

Mac can so ticked and still doo his job. Like he always says, he will do anything to protect his city, which means catching a bad guy or two or a bomber. 12 thumbs up by the way.

This was an awesome eppie. It starts out really cool then goes striahg to the action. Awesome. I was on the edge of my seat again. I mean they keep this up I might end up on floor maybe have way through the season lol!

All I can say is that this eppie was really awesome. I really couldn't get enough. Again 12 thumbs up!
  • Treasure hunting under water, Hawkes gets injured, a bomb and ... nothing else really.

This episode of CSI:NY wasn't one of the show's greatest, but it was still nice to watch.

The case was a bit slow-going and it striked me as a little bit boring.

It was good to see a little bit more Hawkes, although I know that his broken rib will be healed next episode. That's how it works in CSI:NY land, right?

And how is it possible for three police officers, Detectives, to be run over by one single and skinny man? Out of my league to know the reason.

What I didn't like was Mac attacking the suspect violently and no seemed to care. Danny said something, but Flack walked in and looked as if nothing had happened. If that's the way New York treats their criminals, then...

Flack was for me the one rescuing this episode. Eddie Cahill's comic relief is what lightens up an episode. More of that please, writers.

No major DL development, and Lindsay is still in the lab.

Stella is getting a new love interest. This guy is weird and I am looking forward as to what might be his secret.

As to Mac's calls: Only a short mention, but nothing big.

This was an episode worth watching, but it didn't stand out. Looks like New York lost a little of that spark the premiere had. Let's hope that next week will be better.
