  • CSI NY meets the Bermuda Triangle!

    9.0
This was a very surreal case involving an electrical triangle that was somehow connected to a murder.

The best bit of this case was when Mac, Hawkes and Danny searched the very top of the empire states building. Although the case itself wasn't the best ive seen on the show it was still interesting although the ending was a bit of an anticlimax, possibly left open for a continuation though, i hope. The ongoing stroy involving Mac and the stolen information stepped up this week the FBI Getting involved and this certainly looks as though its building up to something big. As for Danny and Lindsey they announced the news of her pregnancy and it was good to see their relationship developing further. A solid episode which opened up a number of possibilites for future stories.moreless
  • Really a great show!

    9.0
We find out that a old man and his daughter. Are behind some crimes. But before we get into that. Mac is questioned by the FBI. As I think, Mac needs to make sure. That these are really agents. Or they want him, out of the picture. Loved it that, he was cool, calm, and collected. Danny and Lindsay, when she announces, that she is pregnant. Decide to get married and tell Mac in the end. Meanwhile, we find out, that he old man, has cancer. And his daughter, who was fixing to go to jail. Takes the blame and bait for his daughter. Knowing he doesn't have that much time to live.moreless
  • A robbery takes place and Lindsay and Danny tell Mac about the baby

    10
In this episode of CSI New York, the following happens. Cell phones, radios etc all stop working, and a government van is attacked, and one of the guards dies. During the autopsy it is discovered that the guard died, when his peacemaker exploded due to microwaves. This is what killed him. But the question now is how, and who stole the money from the van. But the team soon get word from the van's company that there was no money missing. The team soon learn that the van was broken into with 4 very highly charged magnets. Lindsay is a bit worried about working with chemicals now that she is pregnant and so asks Stella for her advice for hr pregnant "friend". Stella soon works out that it is in fact Lindsay, but she doesn't let on. The team soon learn that someone pretending to be the dead guard, went and picked up the money which the van was suppose to. Danny asks Lindsay to marry him, but she tells him no. They soon learn that an old crock and his daughter did the robbery. But she flees before she can get caught and since her father has cancer and only 6-9 months to live he decides to take the rap for her, but not before sending her one final message. Don't look back baby. At the end of the episode we see Danny and Lindsay talking in the lab. We then see both of them going into Mac's office and they tell him the happy news.moreless
  • Loved this episode. was funny, smart, great storyline.

    9.0
The proposal - danny asking linds to marry him.. was soo funny, if a guy asked me like that, i'd do the same thing.. put hand on shoulder, slightly smile.. NO. LOL. and linds worrying about working in the lab.. with all the chemicals, i'd be scared too, and how she "talked" to stella about it and how stella totally knew she was talking about herself.. was soo cute. and the little part at the end about d/l telling mac.. was soo perfect. the case of the electronic bermuda trial was interesting. i didn;t even know about that the stuff that was on the trade towers was moved to the empire state building, or that the empire state building is at least 1,100 feet taller than the statue of liberty. things you learn on tv eh? i love when flack has a gut feeling and puts it through and he was right.. about the ex-con. hot cops who are smart. awesome. :Pmoreless
  • Maheam in New York. Armed Truck gets hit with some type of force that kills one guard. Another short chapter in the Messer-Monroe family. Great.

    10
Case: It was a little out there with all of the sci-fi stuff, but it was all tied together. Felt sorry for the guard, as a pass maker is supposed to save your life not take it. Mac: Disappearing like that in the Bermuda Triangle was classic. However the reason was suspisious. I think Mac needs to investigate those two FBI guys to ensure that they are FBI.

Stella: It was cute how she helped Linds out with the issue with "her friend". It was good that Stella reenforced the fact that Linds has great people around her that will take care of her.

D/L: N O?? What do you mean N O!. Ok, Ok, I know why she said no but still. It was cut how she was "interrigated" before he popped the question. It was sad the why Linds looked at him then quietly walked away. The conversation that they had at the beginning was cool as it should how involved Danny wants to be. They way he looked when Linds say "she's fine" was classic. I don't think Danny wants to have a girl due to the fact that he will have to deal with the guys like him. Then three little words that says it all "I love you"

Hawks: I trully beleive that he was the only one truely working on the case the entire time. And of course he figured it out as always.moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (5)

    • Possible Goof: When Stella and Flack are talking to Bernie after discovering his daughter disabled the armored car, a flashback is shown detailing the incident. The pineapple "tantoo" sticker is shown on and subsequently being removed from Jamie's right clavicle. However, moments later when Stella issues her APB on Jamie, she is seen walking towards the camera with an obvious "tantoo" on her left breast. This was possibly deliberately done to show that there was no way for the CSIs to know exactly where the "tantoo" sticker had come from during the guard's death throes.

    • Goof: As Jamie Sunderland is boarding into her getaway helicopter, she receives a text message from her father; however, the phone is clearly in offline mode (as shown on the screen), so there is no network connectivity to receive a message. The text is actually an image which has been displayed as the phone's wallpaper.

    • This story is based upon a real theory that a Bermuda Triangle exists in New York City.

    • Goof: When Jamie Sunderland takes off in the helicopter, she is obviously taking off from a landing pad in LA, since the LA skyline is in the background, even though she is supposed to be in NY.

    • Stella is the safety officer of the lab and isn't paid for it.

  • QUOTES (11)

    • Flack: (to Bernie Benton) You have the right to remain silent, anything you say--
Bernie Benton: --Will be too damn late anyway.

    • Lindsay: Well, it seems that Bernie Benton has a daughter.
Stella: I guess the pineapple didn't fall far from the tree.

    • Flack: Bernie Benton, still hustling darts.
Bernie Benton: Don Flack, still hassling law-abiding ex-cons.

    • Agent Walsh: Yea, well, word to the wise Detective, before you use that weapon of yours to start taking potshots at politicians, you better make damn sure there isn't another one pointed right at your head.

    • Danny: Look, before we go inside let me tell you one more thing, ok? Because I want you to know, (makes a pause to grab Lindsay's upper arms) that I love you.
Lindsay: (Smiles widely) I love you, too, Danny.

    • Mac: I was with the FBI. They picked me up in a car, questioned me for over an hour about the Anne Steele case.
Stella: The fixer with the flash drive.
Mac: I was the last one to handle it. They accuse me of stealing it.

    • Stella: She is not alone, right? I mean, the baby has a father?
Lindsay: Yeah, yeah and he is great. It's just... you know I don't really know how ready he was for any of this so... well it's complicated.
Stella: But beautiful. Listen Lindsay, uhm... I'm sure if your friends' coworkers are anything like yours, they'll understand the situation and work with her, even be happy for her. It's gonna be ok.
      Lindsay: Thanks.
Stella: You are welcome. Hey, uhm... tell your friend congratulations.

    • Lindsay: Stella! Aren't you the... the official safety officer at the lab?
Stella: Yeah, that's my proud unpaid position. Why?
Lindsay: Well I've got this uhm... friend, she works upon a forensics lab in New Jersey, and... she's pregnant.
      Stella: Oh, good for her!
Lindsay: Yeah, except she is nervous because you know, the chemicals and the processes that we do you know that could really harm the development of a baby right?

    • Danny: Boy or girl?
      Lindsay Healthy.
      Danny: Will you marry me?
Lindsay: (Pauses and puts right hand on Danny's left shoulder.) No.

    • Danny: How's the baby?
      Lindsay: She's fine.
      Danny: She?
Lindsay: ...Or he. Relax, it's too early to tell.

    • Lindsay: Well wouldn't you rather walk down the aisle than be pushed?
      Danny: Of course.
