  • A naked man, bleeding profusely and wearing a strange looking electronic device, runs into the police precinct and tells Mac he killed a man 24 hours in the future and then dies. Elsewhere, an attractive college girl dies a strange death in a deli.

While I liked this episode and thought the two cases panned out well, this is not one of the better episodes of this series. The investigation of the death of the physicist was a little too farfetched for me (especially when the reason for his genius was discovered). I would like to know why the producers of the CSI shows feel it's neccessary to have the lead characters unlucky at love. I was very disappointed when it was revealed Peyton dumped Mac. Claire Forlani was a good addition to the show. Her loss will definitely be felt in the future.

  • Ha! I knew that guy had something to do with it all!

Time travel. There's an interesting episode. Once again, I wasn't thinking outside the box. I love how they just take something fictious and apply a scientific reason behind it. Ouch, a needle in the head, that would hurt so much. Lol, my favourite character this episode was definitely Sheldon. His eyes just lighting up when he figures out who their first victim is. I feel only a smidge of pity for Tyler when he didn't mean to kill Browning. Other than that, I hope he gets help for his gambling problem.

Sexual enhancement? No thank you. But what a way to go. Wow, those pickles are HUGE. That girls is so stupid. Never mess with a person's medication like that, even if your intentions are "innocent" at best.

Peyton, you b!tch! I can't believe she sent that Dear John letter. Looks like there's definite hope for the SMacked fans. No stalker this episode. Guess the writers want to spread his/her appearances out carefully. Note, this from a Spoiler-Virgin, so I know nothing about his intentions.
  • two weird cases...

Before a man dies he says that he kills another man in 24 hours. Interesting...it turned out that he was experamenting in time travel and he had two helpers, one of which killed him and the other helper. I thought the case was really weird and unrealistic, but still was a bit interesting. The other case was about a woman that died after an orgasm . . . I thought it was funny watching all of the interviews about the drug. Overall, this episode's stories were interesting and weird. It was sad how Mac's girlfriend broke up with him; poor guy.

I practically wet myself from laughing when I heard that CSI NY were doing a time travel episode. I thought yeah right love to see how they do this and if I'm honest it was intriguing and nothing like I thought it would be. I actually enjoyed this episode and how freaky was that when the guy died at the time time the first dead guy predicted. I just think that even though CSI NY seems to have weird storylines that the show remains strong and gets stronger and stronger as the seasons go by. I hope that there will be more intriguing episodes to come.

Death by orgasm? They stole our idea! Tut tut, TPTB. We should get some for of compensation. How about a night with Mr. Giovinazzo? That'd suit me just fine.

The first case left me puzzled. I wouldn't have been able to predict the outcome in 1,000,000 years. Kudos to them for their originality! The B case (finally!) was short but sweet. I see Jennifer is back! 'So did you give him your number?' Ah, Danny, you slay me. Also, LONG LIVE SMACKED! Yes, I am sad for Mac, but now Stella has a chance to worm her way in there! Just look out for the crazy stalker dude.

Since Time travel is one of my favorite plots, I found this one amusing. It was well done because we all know there isn't time travel and got to watch the CSI's prove it.I loved the "fresh" blood drops, just as I was saying, "what??" they explained it. They leave just enough facts out, like how did the kid die at the exact time and how did he pick all the winnings, for us time warp lovers. As for the death by orgasm, well, that was another sad case of sorority stupidity. I cringe at these teenage plots and what warped ideas are out there. I was very saddened by Mack and Peyton's demise. I liked her character and thought they were good together. Glad, that Stella knowing Mack's traits was there for him at the club for support. I wonder where this weird angle is going with Stella and her stalker. I'm not sure he's all legit. One thing that comfused me is why didn't Mack test the blood found on the suitcase shirt immediatley? That is the first thing I would've done, put it through tests and figure out what's going on, but there was no mention of it at all. Strange for them to leave us hanging with no additional trails. Is it coincidence that Peyten is through and no 333 happens?
  • Time travel exist? Really!

Can time travel really exist in this day in age like they do in the movies and tv? It seems that way in this episode where the team see a naked man, convincing them that he killed someone...in twenty-four hours. While the next day, someone is dead. We also see, meanwhile, on the personal front that Mac is left with a "Dear John" letter from Peyton who broke up with him. As Stella sees that it really bothered him. But he tries to be cool under pressure. Hawks I think is really grown into a full character. After starting as one-dimensional in the beginning of the series. Loved the college thing where he played tough cop!
  • A good episode...but it left me sad at the end...

I was a little upset and annoyed by this episode. FIRST, there was no mention of the bloody clothes that Mac received last week. Even if they only showed him remembering when he received the suitcase of clothes, that incident should have been referenced in some way.

Mac's love for Peyton was revealed when he gave advice to Stella. I feel so bad for him!! I can't believe that Peyton dumped via a letter. Are we supposed to assume that they haven't had any contact since he left London? That doesn't really seem like them. It's not like Peyton to break up with a letter. I think she would at least call, if not show up and tell him herself, no matter how hard it would be. I'm upset by that. That part is not realistic to me. After "getting to know" her character, I don't think this is something she would do. I mean, I could see her breaking up with Mac. But not with some stupid letter.

I loved when Danny tackled that guy! Go Messer! LOL

I loved seeing Hawkes talking to that dean at the school. I like seeing him "play cop" LOL. I like that better than when he's in his lab coat looking at evidence. :)

That case with the coed was cool. I was intrigued about how she could die like that, after having an orgasm at a table in the middle of the restaurant.

Even though I don't like Stella, the smile on her face when she saw the gift from Drew was cute. She's attracted by him, and secretly pleased, despite herself. This was a good episode. I'm just shocked and disappointed that TPTB would let Peyton and Mac break up. They were lovely together. I don't think Peyton would use a "Dear John" letter to end their loving relationship. :(
  • It was so different from the rest of the crime dramas now bloating prime time tv.

I really liked this episode, i thought it was original and exciting, and it was kind of goofy. I mean time travel and sexual stimulants...how could it not be? When a man shows up claiming to be from the future the detectives are at a loss as to what to do when they find the man he claims to kill still alive. And across town a woman dies in a pickle shop, after a little show very similar to the one in When Harry Met Sally, know what i'm talking about? The episode was enjoyable to watch and was so different from anything that you might find on TV at any given time. Unless of course you find an old X-Files, but that doesn't count. The question of this episode is: is time travel actually possible? watch it and then you can decide.
  • A-story: A naked man runs in a police precinct, tells that he's killed a man--tomorrow, and dies. B-story: A coed is slipped an sexual-stimulant in her inhalor and dies.

While this wasn't one of my all time favorite episodes, I found it very enjoyable. It was nice to have the show back to it's 2 case format. The plot-lines were well written--though a bit far-fetched. The characters were their usual charming selves. The dialogue was quick and witty as usual. I wonder about continuity though. We end last week's epi with Mac pulling out a bloody shirt from his 'lost' suitcase and this week, we get no mention of it. Also, there was no hint of Mac's stalker. I was also a little diappointed in Peyton's 'Dear Mac' letter. It was a let-down in one area and a happy moment in another. I wonder why the writers chose this method to end the character's run. All in all, I like the epi. It was fun to watch and tivo-worthy.
  • Mediocre Eppy - even for NY.

Okay as a whole the case where believable. I got the nutty professor believing he could travel through time. I understand that some pharmacutical company thinks college kids need a sexual enhancer. The scripts for both cases where okay, nothing to write home and get all excited about. But I just thought the episode didn't flow. It seemed to be all over the board and it also left a lot to be desired in addressing needed things, like the delivery of a bloody shirt to Mac in last week's episode and no call at 333. One of my biggest complaints, Not Enough Lindsay.
  • Great! We had 2 amazing chapters this season and 2 great....

    "Superb"
like it! It's not the best chapter but has very interesting points:

*Time travel story: Great! For one momment I reallly believed that the crazy scientist came from the future!! *Case B! We have a case B!! First of all: pickles and coffee....ARGH!! I'm the only one that thinks that it could have been much more funny if this case was solved by Danny and Lindsay working together??

    * Lindsay appears fro first time in the minute 19'50" of this chapter...What wrong? I know she had a daughter but in JANUARY!!! No Lindsay means no DL and that makes me angry....But, on the other hand, no DL this time makes me think that next week or Halloween chapter, and I vote for the second one, we will have a DL episode....

*Danny: HOT as usual but he has very litle screen time....Fact that confirms my theory of a major DL chapter soon!

    * I like the fact that Payton is not comming back, and I like the letter

    * Some Smacked...That's good. I like the conversation about going out again....

    Conclusion: Nice chapter!
  • CSI:NY just gets better.

Great episode, I'm probably biased being a big Doctor Who fan, but to hear the 'wheezing groaning' sound of the Tardis dematerialising mixed in with the sound effects of the time machine in this episode was a special moment. "Did I just hear what I thought"? Rewind, "wow they used the Tardis noise"!. Twice!

Anyway, the stories themselves: One great, involving a 'Time Traveller' ending up dead (and naked-which wasn't explained rather annoyingly) in Police Departnent Headquarters and the other, some When Harry met Sally thing about a sex drug that I wasn't really paying attention to. Oh, and the 'character development'................. Spoiler Ahead

Stella gets attention from her new admirer Drew, but is not ready to start a new relationship after what happened last time, I'm sure you remember she had to kill him. And Peyton breaks up with Mac. I wonder if those two (Mac and Stella) are going to get together?

CSI: Miami great at the moment. CSI:NY Excellent.

CSI Rubbish. Will it be the first to be cancelled?
  • CSI:NY meets the future, a sexual reality?

This week's episode didn't really catch my eye, unfortunately.

The Time Machine case and the other one with the Death by Orgasm were a little over the moon for my liking. They couldn't really get me as hooked as I'd love to be.

Anna Belknap's screentime still seems to be reduced to a minimum, which really saddens me. She is one of my favourites and she only got two tiny little scenes in here.

I even think that there wasn't enough Flack...

Stella got a present from Drew, the one that is "stalking" her. We get to know that she already "googled" him and that he seems to be sober. I don't believe that, but I guess we will see about that.

Adam is finally back, but only credited as "Special Guest Star"... What is wrong there?

Peyton breaks up with Mac, by letter. I don't like breaking up through a letter, but that is just my personal opinion. I liked it though that the Peyton-storyline got closure. She isn't coming back, but staying in London.

The last scene with Mac playing bass in the club and Stella watching him was a nice ending, I would have preferred though to see the whole team.

Overall: a solid performance, but nothing to get over-the-moon excited about.
