Billy: They come because they want to belong. To be a part of the unconditional love, the acceptance that I offer. I offer them my family.
Interviewer: Billy, what do you say to critics who accuse you of preying on individuals at their most vulnerable?
Billy: I don't prey on them. I seek out no one. I hear from every tiny grim corner of the words. It is they are who are seeking. Seeking connection. Which I provide.
