  • Classic episode, and has an ending that you can watch over and over again.

Looking back on some old Curb episodes, it's funny how this is one of the episodes that stays in my head the most. And it's mostly all due to the end scene, which is one of the best pieces of comedy I've ever seen.

Larry and co. prepare to open the restaurant for business, but find that the chef referred to them as Tourettes.. and they can't fire him because he appears to be a Holocaust survivor. Meanwhile, Cheryl and Susie struggle to find the time to hang out with one another. Two simple plots like this build up until the final three minutes, where the chef bursts right in the middle of the busiest hours.. and what happens next is something you have to see for yourself.

Unlike most Curb episodes, this one allowed Larry to redeem himself in the end instead of being made out to be a fool or a jerk. He actually did some good, even if it was filthy, dirty good. By far one of the best episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
  • Larry's personal best.

This is without a doubt one of my favorite episodes of the series. The humor is classic Larry David, whether it be just tearing that chef to shreds because he wears a toupee, or being publically embarrassed while buying "Colon Cleanser".

One of the problems with the series is that, because Larry manages to make anything and everything go wrong possible, the conflicts get predictable. But with this episode, I didn't see any of that, especially during the ending, which made me laugh so hard I literally fell off the couch and had to pause the television (I tivo'd the episode.)

Bravo larry, for an excellent finish to your third season!
