Cyberchase Season 1 Episode 13

When Dr. Marbles had been fighting Hacker out for a few minutes, he recieved an engine flame out, and it crash landed at a short runway. This is a reference to an aircrash that happened in August 2001, Air Transat 236 had run out of fuel and the engines were flamed out in different times, one at 6:13 AM in the Azores timezone, and the other one 13 minutes later. Amazingly, all 306 souls survived when it crash landed at a small air force base belonging to the United States. Captain Robert Piche, a French pilot thinks it's a computer bug, but the calculations are correct, because there was a fuel leak right by the right engine.
However, back on the show, Dr. Marbles still had fuel for the journey, but he had to repair the engine because it was overheating.
