A phone then rings in 004's apartment, but 004 is sleeping. He lifts himself up and reaches for the phone that's beside his bed.
004: Yeah? Hi professor.
~Man or machine?~
004 is driving a car and Dr. Gilmore's voice is playing through his head.
Dr. Gilmore: Uh, 004. I was wondering if I could ask you to do me a favor. It seems there's been some kind of disturbance out in Mosel castle; it's an imposing old castle that's located on the outskirts of Cruella. I'd appreciate if you take a drive out there and see what's going on. And as always, do be careful.
004 gets out of the car and looks at the castle.
004: Oh boy, Dr. Gilmore was right, not only is Mosel Castle impressive, but it's massive. This will take a while.
004 shut the door to his car and walks around. In the castle, an owl flies and nearly hits 004, but lands back at the nest. 004 continue to walk around and slowly walk up a large staircase. As 004 is walking through a corridor pass a mirror, a large amount of rock falls from the roof and 004 dodges it. Another rock then come flying at him and 004 uses rapid punches to break it up.
004: There's someone here.
004 then continues walking. A figure in the shadows replays that 004 walking and 004 destroying the rock by using their mind.
004 is then walking around with his gun in his hands and is looking out for anything else. He sees a shadow run past, so 004 quickly hides behind a pillar before he was shot.
004: A blaster.
004 then shoot with his blaster and the shadow person is firing back. The shadow person then shoots 004 and his gun falls to the ground. A pillar then begins to fall, so 004 quickly remove his glove and uses his hand to shot the pillar. 004 then rips off his clothes to reveal his uniform and aim his hand. He sees the person slowly approaching.
004: Alright, hold it right there. I'm warning you.
When the smoke settled, it showed that the person looked exactly like 004.
004: Huh? Looks like me.
The 004 copy then gets out his left hand and a blade appears from the side of it. The copy then jumps towards 004, but 004 uses its own blade to counter it. 004 and the copy then fight with 004 smashing the copy on the back and then using his knee to hit him on the chin. 004 then punches the copy's head and the copy's head spins around till it lands back to front.
004: Huh?
The copy then jerks and stands upright and it's head spins till it's facing the right way.
004: What the?
004 and the copy then fight each other with the blades and the pillars are getting sliced. The copy then punches 004 who goes flying and hits a standing pillar.
004 are then hiding behind the pillar and is watching the copy. The copy however, is just standing there. The copy's eyes then glow green and he plays that 004 will do a one finger cartwheel and then bounce of a pillar and use his blaster.
004 the runs from behind the pillar, does a one finger cartwheel and just before he bounces off the pillar, he sees the copy with his machine gun hand out firing, and 004 tries to stay to the side but gets shot and hits the ground.
A storm is brewing outside.
004 is clutching his arm as he walks.
004: Darn it, that thing's a copy of me and knows my every move. What is this? Who would make a replica of me anyway?
The owl is sitting in it's nest sleeping.
004 then attacks the copy with punches in the stomach, then uses his knee to hit him. The copy then grabs 004 and throws him over his head and 004 bounces off the ground into the air. The copy's eyes then glow green.
004: Good, gotcha.
004 has his the missile form his knee ready and fires it, the copy jumps up and fires a missile as well.
004: What?
The missiles collide and there is an explosion.
004: Aaarrrhhhh!!
004 is then walking down a corridor clutching his arm again.
004: Alright, now let me see if I have all this straight. That robot's got a machine gun hand, laser eyes, and a micro-missile launcher in his knee, it's unbelievable! That thing has all the same weapons I have, and he knows all my moves.
That thing's a machine, if we keep fighting, my body will eventually tire out and he'll defeat me. I've got to do something.
004 then uses his machine gun hand to destroy the mirror in front of him and then hides behind a pillar. He peeks around and sees the copy coming.
004: Here he comes.
004 aim his hand out, but behind him the wall breaks and a hand grabs him by the neck. It's the copy! 004 are struggling to break free and the copy shows no signs of emotion. The copy then lifts 004 and throws him. 004 is spinning out of control towards the ground and smashes through till he is three floors below. 004 then lies there on the ground.
The owl is still sleeping and the storm is growing. 004 are lying on the stone floor.
~Flashback~
004 are outside and shoot a missile out of his knee. 004 are then clutching his arm and then use his machine gun hand. A blue beam cuts through the ground and 004 is hit. 004 then sees a sunset with destroyed tanks.
Dr. Gilmore: 004, 004!
Dr. Gilmore is standing there with his black sunglasses on.
Dr. Gilmore: Wake up, 004! 004.
004 is lying on a bed, wakes up and sits up.
Dr. Gilmore: I'm happy to report there was no damage to your brain or nervous system. Your weapon systems are operational, but you do have a few bruises.
004 is scrunching his machine gun hand into a fist and back out.
Dr. Gilmore:Your bionic right shoulder was damaged, so I decided to replace it with a new material.
004: A new material?
Dr. Gilmore: It's a lighter metal polymer made of carbon fibre and titanium. This polymer didn't even exist when we first rebuilt you.
004: Well it certainly does feels lighter and stronger.
Dr. Gilmore: Your speed and power will improve in your new arm because of your modifications.
004 putting on his shirt: Which in term means, my value of a weapon has been improved.
Dr. Gilmore: Mmm hmm
004: Less and less of me remains a human being. As I find myself become more and more machine, it doesn't feel right.
004 then walks away and Dr. Gilmore takes off his sunglasses.
~Present~
004 is still lying there and Dr. Gilmore is standing over him.
Dr. Gilmore: 004, your way of thinking disappoints me.
004 moves his head to face Dr. Gilmore.
Dr. Gilmore: I'll tell you the truth, you won't like hearing this, but I created that robot you just battled as an experiment. I used new cutting-edge technology to build it as a test to see if that robot could surpass your fighting skills.
004: You did what?
Dr. Gilmore: You needed a graphic demonstration to prove to you that you can no longer compete against today's technology.
004 just lie there and the storm continues.
Dr. Gilmore: For years you have insisted on keeping your original cyborg body parts with all of their out-dated weaknesses. Why haven't you wanted to improve yourself as a weapon?
004 turns his head again to face Dr. Gilmore.
004: Because I'm not a weapon, I'm a human.
Dr. Gilmore: It's a bit late for that now. You are a weapon first and only partially human. Rather living in this world as a conflicted being you are, wouldn't you rather be at peace by committing yourself to becoming a weapon of supreme power? What's your answer? Don't you want to live with the excitement of knowing you are a superior being, or would you rather end up raligated to the junk heap?
004: I'm a human! Professor?

004 gets up and begins to stumble his way up a spiral staircase.
004: I'm going to give that damn robot the toughest fight it's ever had.
The robot comes and sees the spiral staircase. It then begins to run up the stairs.
004: What?
004 look down and see the robot running and use his machine gun hand to try and shoot him. But all the bullets miss and the robot continues running. 004 then gets very angry and uses his missile in his knee. The missile hits part of the stairs and the robot begins to fall down.
004 is then stumbling past a courtyard near the entrance to the castle. The owl wakes up.
The robot with its eyes glowing green begins to attack 004 by pouncing on him. 004 then takes a huge blow in the stomach from the robot's knee. The robot then grabs 004 and rams him into the wall.
The nest of the owl begins to move and then falls off the ledge. The robot gets a missile ready. The owl tries to catch the nest. The robot sees that 004 will jump up and use his blaster. 004 jumps up. The owl nest hits the ground and the baby owls fall out. 004 look down and see them. The robot shoots the missile and it hits the wall. 004 are protecting the nest with the baby owls. The robot continues to replay that 004 will jump up and use his blaster. 004 shoots the robot with his machine gun hand.
Outside in the courtyard, 004 is using rapid punches on the robot. The robot jumps and lightning flashes, 004 jump up as well. The robot uses a missile and 004 use a missile. The robot's missile misses and 004's missile hits the robot and sends him crashing into a tree. Lightning stikes the tree and the volts shock the robot. It then begins to rain and the robot is sparking. All that is left of the robot is the inner metal.
Dr. Gilmore: My...my creation...destroyed...I didn't think it was possible for him to lose to a cyborg. I hereby deem this result as inconclusive, the truth is you just happened to get in a lucky hit. I'm not saying your fighting ability isn't marginally acceptable, but I tell you here 004, your victory here was a fluke, this experiment didn't prove anything.
004 turns around and the sound of gunshots are heard. The metal of Dr. Gilmore's face is revealed. 004's machine gun hand is smoking.
004: The real Dr. Gilmore would never risk my life for a so-called experiment as stupid as this one was.
They show the robot Dr. Gilmore then the robot 004, then 004 standing in the rain.
004: The rain's not so good, if you're a machine.

The storm has passed and the owl and it's nest with babies are back on the ledge. 004 smiles.
004: Thanks a lot, you owls saved me. Yeah, living things have to stick together.
004 then walks out of Mosel Castle.

The streets of Germany are peaceful.
003, 009 and Dr. Gilmore are drinking at a table. 003 looks up and sees 004 and waves.
003: Hi!
004 is walking over towards them.
Dr. Gilmore: Ah, it's 004. It's been quite a while since we've seen him, and what do you think he's been up to on his vacation? It certainly would be nice to catch up with him. I wonder what kind of exciting adventures he's been on.
004 sits down and 009 leans towards him.
009: So, what've you been up to?
004: Nothing much, I guess I actually ran into some trouble.
003: What trouble?
004: Well the truth is, it all began with a phone call from Professor Gilmore.
Dr. Gilmore: But 004, I haven't phoned you.
004: It was someone else pretending to be you and that's where the adventure began.
003: Wait professor, you did make a phone call from the airport, didn't you?
Dr. Gilmore: Well, I did make that one call to Japan. The whole time we were flying here from Tokyo, I kept wondering if I had unplugged my iron, so I called 006 to see if I had.
003: You mean you do your own laundry and ironing, professor?
Dr. Gilmore: Well someone's go to do it.
003 smiles: You need to either create a robot that irons clothes or find a wife.
Dr. Gilmore goes bright red.
Dr. Gilmore: What in the world are you saying?
003: You need someone to come home to and share your life with.
004: Maybe that would be 006.
003, 004 and 009 look at each other.
~Imagination scene~
006 as a wife with blonde hair with a red bow in it and he's wearing a purple dress with a white apron.
006: I did the ironing and now I'm warming up supper, honey.
006 blinks twice with his long eyelashes. He is then holding a wok with rice and breathes out fire that smokes Dr. Gilmore. Dr. Gilmore is standing there, looking surprised.
006: Is the casserole warm enough, sweetie?
~reality~
009 and 003 start laughing.
003: It would really be something to see.
004 begins to laugh as well.
Dr. Gilmore still blushing: You too 004? And I thought you were a nice respectable young man. I'm not getting married any way! Especially not to a clamoring drag.
009, 004 and 003 continue to laugh.
