    • TRIVIA (0)

    • QUOTES (7)

      • Aoyama: Play it by ear, huh? That guy sounds more like Akagi every day.
Ibuki: Yeah, but somehow when Shirota says it, I actually think it's smart.

      • Oosugi: Okay everybody, let's move the party to the hangar.
Ooyama: Maybe it would be better if we just went ahead and cancelled it.
Oosugi: No way. The pizza delivery guy is on his way- and I'm starving.

      • Ibuki: Ain't nothing I can't do when I turn on the charm.
Akagi: Whoa, maybe someday you'll have to give me a taste of that.
        Ibuki: Yeah, right.

      • Akagi: Hey, why does only mine have the name written on it?
Aoyama: Gee man, I think maybe it's because I went a checked "name inscribed" on your requisition form or something.
Akagi: And exactly why were you filling out my helmet questionnaire, Aoyama?

      • Tanigawa: Fool around with us, and then fool around with them? How about some monogamy here?
Ooyama: Monogamy? I never thought I'd hear that word escape your lips.
Irie: Her lips are too busy with other things.

      • Ibuki: You'd better catch up on your work.
Akagi: You got it, Ibuki. And I'm sure, in the spirit of giving, you'll help me.

      • Akagi plays Santa...
Akagi: If you're really, really lucky, I'll let each of you sit on my lap and ask for a special present.
Ibuki: Santa needs to get his mind out of the gutter and back on his work.

    • NOTES (2)

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • Akagi: He's just one of those type A personalities, so let's us type B's and C's calm down.
One way of classifying personalities is into 4 types, labelled A-D. Type A personalties tend to be focussed and direct leaders (Akagi is right in saying Shirota fits the profile), Type B are sociable and supportive, whilst Type C are patient, neat and detail-orientated.
