Daily Chart Show Live

Show Summary

Daily Chart Show Live was a daily music program that ran from 1986 until 2009. The groundbreaking show was one of the first to show music videos on a regular basis in the UK, creating a daily chart that would show the most popular songs of the day. Originally, the show went without hosts, only using pop-up blurbs to introduce and discuss the videos. Its style would later be copied by MTV's Total Request Live and VH1's Pop Up Video.
