If discretion was a key component of soap characters, Dallas would be non-existent. JR is indiscrete which sparks off a new storyline. Sue Ellen, his wife, sees him kissing another woman in a hotel. Sue Ellen is angry and jealous, and goes to bed with her business advisor.



I hope this relationship will not end on a sour note for Sue Ellen. I feel sorry for Sue Ellen. Over the last few years, she has become a very strong and assertive woman. She removed Mandy Winger from JR’s life, she founded a company and most important she stopped drinking alcohol. I would hate to see Sue Ellen drink again because of her cheating husband.
