    "Mediocre"
This was a mediocre episode. Plots that held a lot of promise at the beginning of the season are developing poorly. J.R's attempted takeover of WestStar is just too complicated without any ending in sight. It's crazy, J.R in bed Kimberley at the beginning to where is he is at war with her now Sue Ellen and Pearce are beginning to be unrealistic. Pearce and his family are safe, leave at that. I would prefer watching Sue Ellen and Pearce together without having to meet for the pretence of business.

The episode is shoddy workmanship. The episode is shoddy workmanship. It had the potential to be excellent but the plots are too many and under developed and poorly executed.

Despite this I enjoy J.R's famous grin, Clayton facing murder changes, and Booby refusing to give a bribe. I look forward to the remainder of the season.moreless

    • They said that the police think Clayton paid $10,000 as blackmail money. However, if they know about the $10,000 in payments they would know that the first $6,000.00 was paid before Clayton ever met Laurel Ellis. That $6,000.00 couldn't have been payment as blackmail for something that hadn't happened yet (Clayton's relationship with Laurel). ......This money was lodged by Clayton via check into the account. The police didnt know what the money was for, they assumed blackmail payments. How would they know about the painting?
