Dylan Baker has really been hitting it out of the park this season on Damages in the role of Jerry, but strangely an episode that heavily focused on his character did not result in really compelling television. I am curious in seeing how it all plays out, but I think the show made a mistake by not having Chris be the actual witness and instead having Nasim be that individual, when he is a less interesting character.
Tonight's episode was not bad at all, but there was no one scene that really stood out as particularly good in my mind so it's hard for me to give it high marks.
