first of all let me say, i KNEW it was Patty's son that was sending the grenades. however, i didn't figure it out until more than halfway through the episode. what tipped me off was the websites her son was visiting. i think her son is a cocky, manipulating little punk, but perhaps he's right. is it possible he's smarter than his mother? even if that is the case, i can see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. i couldn't understand why he would tell his mother's dream to everyone except to humiliate her, but then he tried to pass it off as his own. i did find it slightly entertaining though. so we know now that patty isn't immortal. someone actually did get close enough to attack her in the past...she was slashed and almost died apparently. if she did anything to that person like she's been doing to everyone else, she got what was coming to her anyway. i thought it was pretty amusing when Patty opened the box on her desk to find the first grenade, and said "it's going to be a shi*ty week." lol i was like "haha! how does it feel to get a little dose of your own medicine?" you know it's weird, i hate patty because she's a manipulating b*tch who hurts or kills people, or destroys their lives if she can't get what she wants. it puts me in mind of a twelve year old. however, part of me also likes her, and i haven't quite figured out why yet. so, we find out that Katie is still sleeping with Greg (whom patty is starting to think might have more involvement in the case than Katie is letting on.) we also find out that apparently Greg is married. Poor Ellen. she keeps playing Patty's games. you know for sure that Patty sent ellen to the judge purpously on the night of her engagement party just to be vindictive, knowing she'd make ellen late. then she played it off like she really valued ellen's work and wanted this judge to meet her...oooh she's good. what a b*tch lol. anyway i feel sorry for ellen, especially since she's being framed for killing her fiance, but i also find her annoying at times. probably because she is so blind, defenseless and meek. Tom is starting to get on my nerves, as is Arthur's lawyer. Arthur just picks at me because he's so cocky. i mean, he stole everyone's money and acts like they all owe him or something, like he can get away with anything. i hate that. hopefully next week we'll see more about what happened to ellen and her fiance...or should i say late fiance?moreless

    • Patty: (to her employees) All of you are members of an extraordinary team, and I value each and every one of you. If you want to quit, just tell me now. But if you call in sick Thursday or Friday, don't bother coming in Monday. Your jobs won't be waiting for you. That grenade was never meant to destroy our office. It was meant to destroy our resolve. Edit
    • Arthur: Does your wife ever just want to reach over there and pinch your cheeks 'cause you're so adorable? Ray: No. Arthur: You should go outside and get some sun, Ray. You look like crap. Edit
    • Patty: Oh, Tom, could you see if there's anything we can use in this? If not, rewrite it. Tom: Who wrote it? Patty: Ellen. What's the problem? I thought you wanted some legal work. Tom: Do you think rewriting a first-year's draft is what I had in mind? Edit
