I'm 16, and my parents moniter what I watch but they're not like really strict about it but I'm not allowed to watch anything with a lot of graphic sex or violence, and FX has a kind of reputation (like I can't watch Dirt or Nip/Tuck, but The Riches is fine) I tivoed the pilot cause I thought the show looked good but I haven't watched it yet so I was just wondering....please say it isn't...I really want to see it...

Who cares if your parents monitor what you watch and what they don't allow you to watch. Just watch what you want when they are not looking.

It's fairly clean for an FX show. I'm 15 and watch Dirt and my parents know I love it, they just don't know how graphic it can be.

It has some violence, but since your picture is of Brennan from Bones, a show I think should be rated TV-MA due to its violence, you'll be fine. Therearetwo sex scenes (three if you count the one from the first episode that is just passionate kissing), but no nudity. There is some language, but the worst word is s***. There is a scene of snorting cocaine.

This show is not that graphic, but not as good as the other mentioned FX shows.

Oh I'm 17 (turning 18 in Dec.) and my mom thought I was responsible enough to watch shows that wasn't for my age limit a long time ago about 7-8 years old, I think violence in the home is way more likely to lead children into violence as adults. Speaking of that my dad was violent he's a di*k.

Please don't get me started on that violence on TV and in video games bulls**t. I will kick some ass lol

Language is actually the worst thing in the show... Violence - nothing worse than CSI, and there have only been like two sey scenes...

Are you talking about the hit-and-run scene? That was very realistic.

We only just got this series over here in Ireland, over here they have it on at 11pm ona Saturday night which is so stupid, well this tv station always runs late in its shows , meaning that I missed the last ten minutes of this brilliant pilot episode!!! all I can say is that I am hooked! Glenn Close is brilliant, I hope Tate Donovan will get to stay in this show - he always seems to leave in the middle of a show just when its getting popular.

The show isn't too graphic, shots of dead people, but no "killing-scenes", a couple of load "moany" sex scenes and common usage of the word "sh*t"

    It's about 1/10 of Dexter's offensiveness.
