  • A step up from last week, but the show is still falling fast.

    So, last week's episode was a disaster, I think we are all in agreement there, but this episode was not as spectacular as the show has been even earlier this season.

    Damages is really bending my mind into a pretzel as Jerry Seinfeld would say. Ellen and Tom starting a law firm? Wow, now that would have been an excellent season 4 storyline, Ellen and Tom vs. Patty, but now that we know he dies at the end of the season, why tease us with this.

    I am glad Arthur Frobisher is back, but this nice guy act has to stop. Maybe he'll go back to his evil ways after the movie comes out making him look like a jerk.moreless
