I am very intrigued by where Damages is heading this season because it is just that: intriguing. But right now the show is a little below what we have come to expect in seasons before. You almost get the feeling that the writers have exhausted every possible thing a lawyer and a bad guy can do and aren't sure how to keep things fresh. The chasedown of Nasim in this episode for example was something that was done to Katie Connor and others before.

I liked The Godfather-esque scene with Howard giving his sermon while Chris was being tortured. Like I said the show's not bad, it's good again this season, but just not what it once was.moreless
