And that is the sound of my jaw hitting the floor.

Damages has done it again. They've taken a relateable story in the headlines (a Madoff type getting tried for stealing 70 billion) and made it into simply addictive television. But what is different from past seasons is that the viewer is able to actually keep track of everything going on, almost to the point that the "6 Months Later" tags got annoying. Last season lost a lot of people, and I have a feeling the coming weeks will definitely add complexity to this story arc, but as of right now I think where everyone stands is pretty easy to understand.

This show is just nothing short of brilliant though and Season 3 is off to an incredible start. Definitely looking forward to seeing how this all plays out.moreless
