There was an outcry recently when Bank of America announced an unprecedented $5 a month fee on debit card users. Wells Fargo and Chase are testing their own new debit fees, and customers far and wide are saying they’ve had enough. They’re taking their frustration online, using an array of social media to encourage people to leave their big banks in favor of small community banks or credit unions.
