Show Summary

Dance Your A** Off is an Oxygen reality competition series that features overweight competitors on a mission to lose weight and achieve a healthier, slimmer body by dancing like stars with professional trainers and dance partners. This exciting series features weekly elimination challenges, forcing the competitors to get serious about slimming down or get out of town. Each episode, the contestants prepare for that week's dance off by working with their trainers and choreographing a dance routine that will both stun the dance judges with high energy and relentless enthusiasm and burn the most calories possible. At the end of each episode, each contestant receives a score for their dance that week, and then they participate in a weigh-off to see who has lost the highest percentage of body mass. Then, the two scores are combined to determine who is that week's winner and who is going home early.
