  • It was Latin night on the floor, with sultry sambas and a Group Salsa! Goodness gracious, where's my fan?!

    9.0
While it could've turned the sexy up even more, it was still a pretty sexy installment of the series.

Stacy finally was able to prove that she could do fast, intricate footwork as well as the slower, more elegant dances. Tony, in his element, came up with a hot number for them, and Stacy shined.

Drew shone again, and made ballroom look effortless for another week!

Jerry improved again and this week showed more looseness, but didn't quite convince the judges. Tia, on the other hand, told a story which, due to Maksim's choreography, confused the judges.

Lisa and Louis were cute again and got the judges into an argument over Louis' choreography; Carrie-ann didn't see much samba in Louis' choreography, yet he reeled off steps he included which were plainly samba steps.

George and Edyta visited a zoo, George faked being a bandleader, Edyta wore fake fruit and lost an earring during their dance, and George ate a banana ,backstage, as a gag. They scored higher than Tia/Maks and Jerry/Anna.

Shennanigans, a bloody nose, and tempers happened during the salsa rehearsal(s).

Fun seemed to be had my most. I will be sad no matter who leaves; I just hope it isn't Tia. Not yet, anyway.moreless

  • ALLUSIONS (3)

    • Tom mentions Edyta's "wardrobe malfunction", losing her earring, and in a 'gosh darn, kinda wish it'd been more' tone; Tom was around when Kelly Monocco's top "malfunctioned" at the top of one of her routines in the first season.

    • louis: No days at the spa.--references the time-out/break that Tony and Stacy took the week previous.

    • Tom: It's also blood, sweat, and tear-anical behavior.--a nod to Sir Winston Churchill's famous first speech to the House of Commons on May 13, 1940.
