I have been watching DWTS from season one and this season of 2013 has got to be the "cheesiest" season ever. The horrible song choices and props are just ruining the show. I just started learning ballroom dancing and I would appreciate viewing more ballroom dancing and less cheesy routines!

Not for nothing, but shouldn't the stars Dancing With the Stars be written in quotation marks? His show has either people I have never heard of or people I thought I had gotten rid of.

I love dancing with the stars but I think the winner tonight will be based on who is the most popular with the fans. the best dancer is Mellissa. hope she wins but wont be surprised if she does not. they never should have booted off apollo he was terrific

The finals for DWTS, is made up of an all female cast. There is Kelly who is using her sexuality rather than her dancing skills to appeal to the public, Shawn who is like a light comes on and goes off with her performances, who got the public wondering what she could pull off for the finals, and last but not least there is Melissa who has been climbing the ladder with her performances. Its too bad the silly public, voted Sabrina off. I would rather have Sabrina replace Kelly for the finals. Sometimes, I wonder what the public were thinking, keeping Kirstie on and voting Sabrina off.



Its weird because all the finalists are females, and no male celebrities. Its not fair if you ask me . . .

Gets better and better every season. Stars get better every season too.One thing I hate about this show is the judges. They always score their favorites better no matter how good or bad the dance is.

Why is it that even tho the judges have yet to find an error in Emmitt & Cheryl's dances they are not getting any 10's something is reall WRONG .. Is it because he is the oldest ?? Seems odd..Let's be FAIR.

i can't believe that the judges gave Palin a 8 score. She is so boring. Christie pushed the button and of the two should have gotten a 8.

This show is all about light entertainment done so professionally. It suits the whole family and just is an hour of perfect, glamorous escape from regular life. Flawless production and a really entertaining time. Never gets old for me. Love it!

I have been A fan for years, but over the last couple of seasons it seems to be getting a little tedious. I am only watching the show now towards the end to see who wins. I don't really care about seeing the past winners. They have won, lets move on!

WHAT STARS. THERE HAVEN'T BEEN STARS ON THIS SHOW FOR YEARS. IT IS WAY PAST IT'S PRIME ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER "TALENT" SHOWS.

I really enjoy watching this show! It's fun to watch all the different coreographies each week! Also, the show can be really funny at times. Can't wait for season 15 to premiere!!!

I have a blast with this show.... the celebrities are always silly. I love to see them grow as dancers... it's a challenge! Also, the outfits are always super dazzling to see. The behind the scenes part is what makes learning how to dance fun. Woo hoo!

I think this is and excellent show. The dancing is freakin' awesome. This show is suprising and we figure out that we have good celeberty dancers. OK this show is about a contestant with a celeberty and try to win Dancing with Stars. Now the only bad thing about this show is that we have to see some good people leave but minus that this is a perfect show. Now there are some really good celeberty dancers like Kyle Masey and some other people. Now the judges aren't annoying so that's good. Well I think this is a perfect show. Kee up the good work. You'll love this show! Overall 10/10.

Sounds like it will be a show to remember. I can hardly wait! Each Season I think I know who will win the mirror ball and each Season (I'm wrong) Bummer! This is one of the best entertainment shows on the tube today. It is also the one show that can take me away from writing my books. As a novelist, I try to stay on top of the writing world BUT I always take a break away from it all when it is time for "Dancing With The Stars." The action is FAST, the theme each week is always FUN, the dialogue is never DULL (you just never know who is going to say what). What a blast! The dancers (both) male and female alike are very SEXY, and just like a great story you are reading the pages seem to turn themselves. Dancing With The Stars get my (2) thumbs up...way up! If I had more than two-thumbs I'd put them all up! I will look forward to more reunions from seasons of the past. Especially, the one with Bristol Palin. I love the Palin family. I think the show should invite Sara to dance now that she isn't going to run for the Oval Office. What do you think? She'd get this fan's vote. That's for sure. I'd also like it if the show would invite Robin Roberts from the Good Morning America Show. I bet she and the "Mad Maks" would get ratings off the chart! And, how about inviting CHER (gosh, she is timeless), and also how about John Travolta or his wife. Kelly Preston? What another high-ratings suggestion that would be. What do ya think? Who is going to be on this season's show anyway? Anyone want to hazzard a guess?

I think it would be amazing to have a Season of 2nd Place finishers...upcoming or next. Think of the viewership of the fans that would want their favorite to have a second chance ?

C\'mon people who watches this show!!! It\'s absolutely crap. I can not believe that this show have 2 seasons.


And the worse part is that fox is planning to do Skating with the celebrities. For shows like this, other good shows got canceled, like Arrested Development, for example.

I'll be surprised to see Maks on the show next season - all that negativity! It even seeped into his partner, who must be realistic. On their last night, her toes were sticking up, rather than pointing out...it was sad to watch, knowing her athletic capabilities. Then there were the f words from them backstage, and his negativity about Derek, who has choreographed such much better dances; really, Maks, he did!

Excellent job by the dancers choreography and the stars performances! Episode 3 wasmost touching! The shows choice of dance topics is interesting, but the choice of most meaningful day of the stars life was fantastic and the most entertaining yet!

Some of the stars are truely good, while some (Chaz for example) need to really step it up or be voted off. I am most impressed with JR and Ricki, who both put forth great effort and expression in their routines. Keep up the great work!

I've been watching the show for years now. I love the music, I love the dancing (well, usually), and I enjoy watching the contestants gradually improve on their dancing abilities...or at least try to! It's a shame that the majority of the contestants are either has-beens or never-weres. Tom Bergeron introducing the "celebrities" never fails to get a chuckle from me. The show would be a lot less laughable if they used normal people as contestants. They would at least avoid the prima donnas like Michael Bolton, who demanded an apology a few seasoms ago after Bruno brutally but honestly slammed his dance.

There's one other thing they should change: audience participation. I'd much rather see the judges' scores being kept a secret until the eliminations, rather than place emphasis on votes from the viewers. It is a dance competition, and allowing the audience a say in the show creates the risk of it becoming more of a popularity contest.

This show has had some amazing dances. Erin and Max's dance last night was cool. Derek and his partner were so good last night, their's was the best I thought last night. Anyway, this show has brought many viewers enjoyment and has brung a lot of talented people into the light. Bruno is so funny, and Len is sort of odd but still is cool and Carrie Ana is always true to her heart. Tom (host) is so funny like when he host AFV. The dancers are cool and have come up with prodigious dance numbers. With marvelous talent and stunning reviews this show could have so many more seasons.

Dancing with the Stars may have sounded like a good dance show, but comes up short on many levels. The show is about a group of people teamed up with famous celebrities and compete in a dance competition. They have to have the right moves and skills to move up and become the best dancer. Idea wise, it's not too bad and sounds like fun, but any value it had is quickly taken away in the first season. I hate how the women have to dress with such revealing clothing. I usually don't mind sex appeal, but these outfits makes strippers outfits look like business suits. The dancing is good for the most part, but there is too much lifting the partner in every dance and some of the dance moves are done wrong. The songs are decent, but they never seem to fit into the dance the contestants do at all. I also don't like the fact that this show is rigged beyond belief. It seems that talent is once again taken over by looks in this show. A good example is the season finale between Kelly Monaco and John O'Hurley. Kelly obviously did a very poor job on the dance she did. I am no dancer, but I have read several books on dancing, and seen a few dancing movies as well. Let me tell you right now that she did so had many flaws in her dance. John on the other hand did a wonderful job and there were no flaws at all. So after the hype, we learn the sad truth is that Kelly won it all, and that's no fair at all. Kelly missed several steps, her partner was clumsy and had butterfingers, for he dropped her at the end. She was looking beautiful, but beauty can only go so far. This show though takes beauty over talent any day of the week. Now I did see a recent season of this show, but once again looks took over talent. Cloris Leachman got a big score and moved on even though she looked good, but danced terribly. This is a huge problem on shows like this, and having this stuff really ruins the show for me and many others. Bottom line, it looked decent enough, but Dancing with the Stars is another one of those shows that takes looks over talent, and should be avoided by any means necessary.

I have always loved dancing with the stars. They always pick fair people. Some that are great and some that are really bad. I reallly was not enjoying Bristol though. She should have gone and never should have made it to the season 11 finals. Always as much as i love proDerek Hough it is always predictable that he will win. The judges are funny especially Bruno Tonoli which always gives me laughs. I really think this show is great and is always very exciting to see the results.

I am not satisfied with the show. I think the judges or whoever selects the music don't know what paso doble, salsa, cha-cha, ect. are. I wish the dance would be matched to the proper music. This way the dancers would dance better when they hear the real appropriate music for the dance they are performing. People who have never been south of the border, who have never heard salsa, for example, are getting the wrong idea of what it really is. I think this program is misrepresenting the type of dances they think they are dancing. And in doing so, I think the program is making the viewers more ignorant about what the real music is, where it comes from, and how it should really be danced. I'm not being critical of how the judging is being done. I'm being critical of the music not matching the dance.

Ok. This is just about as fun as playing with a toothpick. It's is the most boring, meaningless, pathetic, pitiful show on tv along with American Idol. People just want to get a shot at being on public television & humilate themselves. Why don't they just stop with all these crappy shows?

Dancing With the Stars Voting System:





It does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out what was wrong with the Voting System for Dancing with the Stars. Plain and simple, many of us experienced busy signals when trying to vote. Why did this happen? Simply not enough Telephone Lines available to handle the calls and an inadequate allotted time to vote. Guess which sponsor undoubtedly provided the 800 Service. On line voting is available for a much longer period of time and Telephone Voting should be available for the same time period. The online voting site was also Jammed Up last night (11/22/2010) and I was not able to vote until this morning. However a system where people are unable to vote because of inadequate telephone lines and not having the lines available long enough is simply unfair. Who is to blame? ABC and AT&T! Many people including many Senior's who don't own a computer were simply unable to Vote. This is a fact and it will come to light... Those of you who were unable to vote in recent weeks because of this, should make ABC and AT&T aware of how you feel.

I like this show. I love the dances, the costumes, the music, the glitter, the judges, the announcers, the professional dancers, the stars who take chances I would never take. I also like the fact that you are limited in how often you can vote, it seems a little more fair. I like that no one is the brunt of a joke. I love seeing who is taking a risk each season and I love to watch the best dancers dance. I like to see how the votes turn out and who is the most popular with the voters. I don't care that the dancing isn't always the only thing rewarded. Mostly I like to watch how much the contestants really enjoy their experience. And then of course, I love it because its dance!

I think the show was another fun one! BUT I did appreciate that the judge, Len Goodman, commented that Julianne Hough and Chuck Wick's rumba was more on the too in-your-face sexual side, than the understated, classy side. My friend said it was more like a pole dance than a ballroom dance. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba called it "raunchy", as if that's a compliment, but she's right, it was raunchy. And my problem is, if raunchy is now a great compliment in ballroom dancing or otherwise, then things are going downhill. Hopefully these incredibly talented dancers can continue to keep it entertaining in a classy and respectful way.
