needs to show more jokes

    They go to 20 shows but they hardly show any footage of them on stage.

    I think its because its about the journey and what they go through when they're not performing.

    On top of that; their set doesn't really change thru those 20 shows. My guess, by the end of the series, we see most of their acts.

    I agree they do need to tell more jokes, how else are the other comedians on the tour gonna get to that level of fame?

    yeah, they use the same jokes every show, but I still think they should show more stand up and less drama, I could watch real world if I wanted to see a bunch of girls fight.

    the show is about the journey of 4 guys on tour and how they cope with it, if you wanna see more jokes, go and get danes cds or watch videos of them online?

    I doubt it. Man Dane was talking about this before, and It's going to be in the DVD extras I imagine. I mean Dane said there was so much footage that had to be cut out. I think it's great getting to see them day to day. Finding out that if I ever play a sport with Dane, let him win, or he'll be a douche bag.. Or if he is a douche bag, just to walk up to him and be like "Dude, shut the hell up, or I will smack you in the jaw" and see if he even remembers saying that.

    i read on dane's website that there weren't too many of his jokes in particular(newer ones at least) because he wanted to amke sure anything he rehashes along with all his ne stuff will be fresh for his hbo special.
    and i don't think this reason hurt tourgasm. like everyone has said, this show is about a month-long standup tour on a bus and what transpires over the course of it. it never was supposed to be 9 episodes of four comedians doing standup!
    i've had the pleasure of seeing these comedians at shows(with the exception of gary), and i'm glad they didn't show mnore standup because i've heard all their bits at least three times.
