Red Sky: It is good for Red Sky to save Boone's son. It is not good for Red Sky to take Boone's venison back to the Shawnee.
Daniel (about Red Sky): I almost wish he'd missed that grouse. He's got me almost believin' that Ticklicker is possessed.
Mingo (about Red Sky): A Shawnee brave who's convinced he carries great medicine can be a dangerous man.
Daniel (to Manning): You musta been too busy lookin' for Indians who weren't there to see someone who was.
Red Sky (holds up Ticklicker): I speak truth and this is my voice!
Mingo (to Israel): A gun can always be replaced but a son, that's not so easy.
Daniel: Used to be, it was Tall Deer who did all the tradin'. Red Sky: Tall Deer sleeps the eternal sleep.
Mingo: There's been a change in Red Sky. Daniel: Yes, there has, and I'm not sure I like it.
Manning: Turn around when I'm talkin' to you. Red Sky: Then speak softly.
Red Sky: Tell Boone that Red Sky does not need white man's justice as long as he has the magic gun. Mingo: You're not killing for justice. You're killing because you have the power to kill. Red Sky: Then do not anger me by standing in my way.
Once again, Dallas McKennon as Cincinnatus is noticably absent from this episode. The Boonesborough tavern is owned and operated by Higgins.
