Rebecca: That McFarland cabin is a pig sty. Esther and I have made a start clearing her but some strong backs would help. Daniel (to Tom): I think she's talking about us.

Daniel (about Rebecca): Give this girl a bullwhip and she'd do a good job drivin' a mule train.

Daniel (to Craig): Mister, you've done a pretty fair job of scaring the liver out of these two.

Esther: Just this once I'm going to trust in the goodness of others.

Daniel: Go on home, folks, and stop acting like a bunch of panicked sheep.

Craig (to Rebecca): Sometimes we must hurt in order to help.
