I love how this episode portrays Danny's side over his feelings for Sam.



So Sam meets a new guy named Gregor who has the same interests as her but Danny "thinks" that gregor is really working for the guys in white to find out who Danny Phantom is, but really he is just "Jealous" so he spies on Sam and Gregor in their dates and gives a glare "Oh man if their gonna share a strand of that spaghetti I'm gonna hurl!" LOL but in the end Sam finds out that Gregor was a jerk and dumps him.



I really love this episode! and in the end he realizes he really likes sam

i hate " Gregor "! i yelled at the TV saying " Sam, DUMP HIM! He's a jerk! " he lied about being from Hungary and lied about his name! his name is actually Elliot and he's from Michigan. when they kissed, i gagged, and Danny was pissed, his expression told it all. this episode was dramatic, the most dramatic of the 2nd season... well maybe.



I feel lucky for anyone who hasn't seen this episode. but those who have,i feel sorry for. Which means i feel sorry for myself. everyone who saw this episode was scared for life, almost like Danny was.

wow danny is actually sad when sam is with another guy, wich means that dany likes sam, and he likes her more than just friends, and when sam and gregor kissed danny was sad, and after sam and gregor kissed sam said "i've got some things to figure out" that means sam is choosing beetween danny or gregor ( i hope its danny)



i love the ending cuz danny said that sam's cool, smart and preety, that means danny likes her!!!!

I absolutely loved this episode! While I am an avid Danny/Sam fan, the plot also shows the strength of friendship between Danny/Sam/Tucker. All three will protect one another, not matter if they are at odds or not (As shown by how Danny defends Sam and Tucker from the Guys in White, and how Sam picks Tucker over Gregor). It is a nice turn of events to see Danny get somewhat jealous, not only of how Sam immediately takes to Gregor's gothic style ("In Hungary, white is the new black"), but also of how Tucker admires Gregor (how he wears his hat backwards just becauce Gregor mentioned it). Overall, an excellent episode.

I loved how this episode proved that Danny has feelings for Sam. She also seemed unsure about dating Gregor. Personally, I'm ticked at her for dating anyone but Danny. Couldn't she tell that he was jealous? (They're both clueless- no wonder they make such a great couple!) And she really shouldn't have gotten mad at him for spying when she spied on him for dating Valerie! When Sam gets jealous, she beats something up/screams- which is amusing. When Danny gets jealous, he just gets this heartbroken expression that makes me wanna cry. But on the plus side, Danny got over his cluelessness. :)

Sam should have said something more to him then. But aw, Danny finally started reasling his feelings! ^_^

I really loved the way Danny became jealous of Gregor, because of his relationship with Sam. I was starting to feel "Yeah...Finally Sam found the right guy so she can forget of Danny, because he doesn't notice her" But aghh!! I was disappointed of Elliot! I was quite excited about the way Danny reacted towards his "competition" and used as an excuse that he was another "White guy" working as a secret spy and using Sam. After the fake of Gregor, I liked what Danny said to Sam... That was so... strange for only being friends. A really good episode.

What a really great episode. We actually see Danny showing his emotions towards Sam. I read in teen magazines that if a guy friend of yours always say "You can do better" or you see that he's jealous, that means he has feelings for you. What really upsets me that Sam didn't ask him how he felt about her. I mean, I understand if you didn't notice the jealousy, 'cause Sam probably doesn't read those kind of these, but if my guy friend told me I was pretty while talking, I think he likes me. I mean C'MON! You call Danny clueless?! Look at Sam! She's just as clueless!



I gave it a ten because it's a D/S episode, those always get ten in my book.

I personally thought that this episode was really cool. I mean, it was really funny to see danny getting jealous because sam was dating gregor. it was priceless.



However i find it to be very irritating that Danny and Sam still don't get together. The two of them are like so clueless. Honestly! I can't believe that tucker can actually put up with them and their cluelesness (spelling?). Oh well. Hmm...i don't know what to write anymore. The review says that i need one hundred characters in order to post it. There! Here we go now that is one hundred!

I love this episode! I love the fact that Sam was unsure about dating Gregor because of her feelings for Danny and the fact that Danny was upset about Sam dating Gregor. This episode shows Danny's true feelings towards Sam. My favorite scenes include: Danny spying on Sam and Gregor, Danny fighting the Guys in White in the pool at Casper High, Danny's face and reaction when he sees Gregor kiss Sam, and Gregor telling Sam 'Uh, hello, I'm a guy' that part made me laugh! I also liked the part where Danny shows the Guys in White his chest hair. That part was both funny and disturbing, lol.

Seeing as I'm not a D/S shipper, I was disappointed when I read the summary of the episode back before it aired. I've read fanfics that had a similar storyline before, so I wasn't all too thrilled with an episode that had a plot like a few fanfics, especially since it was coming right after "Kindred Spirits".



However, Butch had taken the over-used idea of a foreign student that captures Sam's affections, and twisted it into a good episode. I love how he has the ability to do that.



Anyway, on to the actual episode. The new character, Gregor, was pretty well-done for the most part. His voice fit his character, and contributed well to the story. The only thing I dislike is the ending, where he's revealed as a phony. Why would some guy go through the trouble of switching schools just to meet girls, especially under a disguise? It doesn't seem reasonable. I would also like to know how he tricked the school into believing that he was an exchange student from Hungary, when he was really some kid from Michigan named Elliot. I really dislike cop-out endings.



After Gregor, the only other character who gave me a little grief was Sam. While she was in character for most of the episode, I wasn't fond of how she fell for Gregor as soon as she saw him. Even before she got to know him, she showed signs of liking him. I know that Sam is a human being like everyone else, and that she might act like that if she met a guy she liked, but IMO, she acted a little to quick. It was, however, in character once she got to know him (he's an Ultro-Recyclo vegetarian and a goth, etc).



With the exceptions of the bad ending and Sam's quick crush on Gregor, I was fine with this episode. I had expected to hate the Guys in White, since they were originally mere comic relief in "Million Dollar Ghost", but I actually didn't mind them so much. I liked the scene where they got Lancer to give them information, and when they talked to Jack and Maddie about Danny possibly being the ghost boy. Their reactions were in character, since they don't believe that a human can also be a ghost.



Dannny was also good in this episode, and this is coming from someone who doesn't ship D/S. (Although the beginning where it shows that he still likes Valerie didn't hurt, either.) Over-all, it was a decent episode for him. Tucker did well in this episode as well. He wasn't even the main focus, but this probably my favorite episode that shows him in a positive light. His character needs it, and it did him some good.



In short, it was a decent episode, and definitely better than I originally expected. Kudos to Butch on turning an overused, cliche idea into a episode that was worth most of the thirty minutes spent watching it.

But that did not ruin the episode. It was still a good episode. I would always watch it. I like the shouting angrily into the sky parts. LOL. The Sam kissing Gregor part was Oh My Gosh! Poor Danny. When Tucker said the drool was seasoning for the tofu soy melt I understood seeing as my sister is a vegan. I thought it was weird how Gregor put on that act. I am from Hungry and we wear white. It is the new black. And we wear our burraes just so. (Flipped around) Also how did he know to go for Sam? Did he read her My Space profile and find where she lives and thought she would make a good girlfriend?

I personally like the episode because they showed Danny liking Sam and not just her liking him but i can see why a lot of people wouldn\'t. The whole Elliot thing was sort of unrealistic and it wasn\'t wrapped up very well, but I did like how they showed how Danny feels about Sam. I thought that \"Gregor\" was actually working for the Guys in White so that was a little suprising that he was just some random dude. So as a DS fan i really liked how they dealt with Danny, but as an Avatar and Action fan i didn\'t think it was that well done:)

A very common story-line. Danny of course is unsure whether or not he " like likes " Sam, then a new boy named Gregor who Sam finds attractive and they begin dating. What makes this used story-line unique is that around the same time the "Men-In-White" appear as well. So Danny begins to spy on Sam and Gregor, convinced that Gregor is working for them. The question is did he really believe that Gregor worked for them, was he just using it as an excuse, or did his jealousy eventually led him to believe Gregor was working for them?

The majority of the storyline made no sense. Gregor pretended to be Euro Goth to impress Sam, yet he was already pretending to be "Gregor" before he even met her. He told Mr. Lancer that he was from Hungary before Mr. L even introduced him to the gang. Plus it would say on his school papers that his name was Eliot. What did he do, forge papers to impress girls? Pshaw. And then Sam was like "I guess the only way a guy could like me is if he's pretending." But he did like her. He was pretending to be Hungarian BECAUSE he liked her. Muy stupid in my opinion.

They made it seem like Gregor was a villain in the title card with that sinister smile, and when I saw Skulker in the opening and he looses his suit, I though Gregor was a human Exoskeleton Skulker built to find his old suit. But the boy's just a character who tries to be someone he's not to get on other peoples good sides especially girls. What a complete waste of character creation.

Danny finally admits his feelings for Sam! It\'s about time. In the Ember episode Sam admits she\'d want to be with Danny enventually, but when will these two get it right!?

I liked this episode because it was full of action and twists. The guy\'s in white are losers anyway, but they still made for a few close calls. Overall very good episode.

This European boyfriend name Gregor really tickles the fancy of Sam, the goth friend of Danny's.

Danny really is jealous of him as he really likes Sam but can't bring himself to say it.

But as we get to know her boyfriend, he is really a fraud and only wants to use her.

Great show and off-beat as usual!

This is, by far, one of my favorite Danny Phantom episodes ever. Along with Fanning the Flames, this is one of the ultimate episodes for any Danny and Sam shippers, such as myself, out there. Even though Danny didn't technically admit his feelings, he got close to telling E-er, I mean, Gregor . ^_^ That little moment between Danny and Sam at the end was the perfect touch to the episode. And then Tucker, being his usual 'sly' self, made the ending a typical Phantom ending. I must say, Butch really out-did himself with this one. Hopefully, in the next episode, it will continue off of this one, in a way. Reality Trip doesn't count because it was supposed to take place before this episode. Eye for an Eye sounds thrilling so let's see what Hartman has up his sleeve this time, eh?

Great episode! Especially for Sam fans. This episode is a better insight into Sam\\\'s feelings about herself and Danny\\\'s feelings about her. Danny and Sam\\\'s relationship has slowly been developing and this was a key marker to that arf in the Danny Phantom plotline. And hopefully (for shippers) a good marker for what will become of the series in Season 3.



The Guys in White also get an upgrade in the episode and for the first time we get to see one of their supervisors. We also also first introduced to the fact that they have a ecto-energy rating scale, which may prove interesting in the future.

It's been proven that Sam likes Danny, but there's been speculation over if he likes her back. We DxS shippers have always known he has, but this episode simply proves our point! Bravo to Mr. Hartman and everyone else at work on DP. I can't wait for the series finale, Butch has said himself: It's going to go out with a bang.

this is one of my favorite episodes! sam starts going out with an "boy exchange student from hungary" named gregor and danny thinks he's working as a spy for the guys in white (but is really just jealous) and tucker with that whole backwards barie (however you spell it)and puhhh thing CLASSIC! this episode tells us that danny likes sam just like sam likes danny (man their SO clueless! will they make a move before im 40!).this episode is funny, cute, and creative i love it.

Definitly. because at the beginning. When danny said "you don't know what it's like to like someone you can't be with. Then sam spits out her drink. she likes him. and tuker knows. I could'nt beileve that Danny and Sam did'nt kiss! I mean this episode is mostly about there relationship so why not have a little kiss in there. But over all this episode ROCKS!

Someone so compatible it must be fate. Gregor (Elliot) and Sam were perfect for each other to bad he was a no good, lousy, womanizing, fake playboy or else they could have had an awesome relationship driving Danny crazy. When will she finally tell Danny she likes him and when will Danny open his eyes and see? I’m so sick of everybody pulling a Dawson’s creek (that’s when a girl is best friends with a guy she’s madly in love with but he is to in love with someone else to see) but it does make certain episodes way more interesting.

I can't believe it Sam likes another guy! No offense but he is really ugly. That Gregor guy a exchange student that like Sam since she first layed eyes on him. He is a ultro recycle vegi eater and a goth (In Hungary white is the new black.)But then the guys in white (who are really stupid and dull and dumb) start apearing and are loking for Danny Phantom. They soon target Gregor who is going out with Sam and kisses her and share spegetti with her. Danny is pretty upset thinking Gregor is with guys in white but realizes hes not. Hurrying to save her he come just in time.

I don't care what the people say about the Guys in White being pathetic. I think they were pretty good in this one. They got much better. They were a formidable match for Danny, making it worth while to watch them battle. Also, Sam kissed someone, but not Danny. It's Gregor, what a heartbreaker. It still had a happy ending though. Sam and Danny still have a shot with each other. I liked this episode. Someone for Danny to battle other than ghosts. Keep things different. I liked that show of powers by Danny when the Guys in White were firing at him. Intangibility, reflecting shield, body manipulation. I'm gald that Gregor guy is gone. I was feeling sad for Danny i nthat one scene where he was alone.

this is a nearly perfect episode. it has everything that a good episode should have. it has humor, foreshadowing, action, and much much more. the basic plot contains gregor ( a new white goth boy that sam likes.) danny, who has secret feelings for sam, uses his ghost powers to spy on her and gregor. when sam finds out, she is apalled at danny and hates him. later on, gregor blows his secret that he is just a normal person that lives in Michigan. danny and sam then resolve their problems and their relationship is fixed. this is definetly an episode that you dont want to miss.

I loved it, i think it was my favorite so far...i mean jeously, oh its just oh so sweet. I loved the new guy..he was funny..especially how he was lying through out the whole thing. I could tell when he said he was a vegitarian and was eating meat. ??? anyways the ending was the best part! he called her pretty. it was sad i guess to him sad, but its neat to see him sad over something like that. he should be sad someone kissed his woman, lol! he should make his mark so she's his and no one else's, lol!

Sam just can't stand the fact that everyone gets all lovie when they are around someone they like. But then a new exchange student from Hungury, Gregor, comes to town and she falls for him instently. But the more she thinks that they are perfect for each other, the more Danny gets to thinking that he works for the 'Guys in White'. Sam gets agrey at him, then she doesn't even want to talk to him. So he sends Tucker to by his spy, while he fights the 'Guys in White'. Then when tha 'Guys in White' try to figure out who is the Ghost Boy. They figure out that it must be Gregor. So Danny tries to tell them that, but by the time that he comes by, Gregor tells Sam and Tucker that he was just trying to impress the ladies! So after Danny defeated the 'Guys in White', Sam wonders why no one likes her. Danny tells her that they is nothing wrong with her!

San gets a new crush, and he happens to be a guy who really likes her and is not some one who is not sure of his feelings. the plot was great and it showed that Danny so likes Sam more then a friend. and it showed that Sam is not some girl who chases only one guy, it showed that she was trying to get some how on with her life.i love tucker in this. defently show that he will do any thing to be popular!!! i HATE the guys in white they are soo MEAN. to top it all of i love the Sam-Gregor-Danny love triangle. so cool
