Daria and Quinn are usually try hard to stay out of each others way, but deep down, they are still sisters and care for each other. First, Quinn seeks out Daria to accompany her to the plastic surgery office. Then Daria has to convince Quinn that she doesn't need the surgery. But when the consultation leads Daria to have doubts, she has to rely on her best friend, Jane, to explain to Daria she didn't need plastic surgery either. Because the suggested plastic surgery made Daria look like Quinn, who needed $6,000 of plastic surgery. Dr. Shar gives Daria the fake boobs for the weekend, which she in turn rents out to Upchuck.
