Do you live in the U.S or Canada? If you do than the commentaries are in the episode guide (Play Episode, Scene Selection, Language Selection, Commentary). If you live in a diff country than you wont have them which kinda sux cuz they are really cool. Exspecially the series finale commentary.

See, my favorite is the commentary on "The Berrisford Agenda." But, I love the commentary on "Freak Nation," because the writers talk about what they were trying to do with the whole comet storyline, the breeding cult, and the runes appearing on Max's skin. If only there were a season 3...

Yeah, I have the UK / Australian releases and they don;t have commentaries. They are gorgeous 576 line anamorphic widescreen though, and I'd take that any day of the week. Although I'd love to hear the connentaries...

I think you can find transcripts of the commentaries on-line.

There are rumors that it was cancelled because Fox didn't want two expensive sci-fi shows on their schedule ("Firefly" was the second one.)

I don't know if it's true or not. But, I do think that Fox can't stand by a good thing. Unless it's the X-Files, which went on way too long, and the Simpsons, which is still good.

I also heard that they cancelled Dark Angel so they could have Firefly on air. Idk if it's true. I love Firefly, I've never seen Dark Angel. But I was channel surfing and I saw it on sci fi and started watching it, so I got curius. Although the show has always been interesting to me, I've just never bothered to see what it was about.

Good show, I have season 1 and 2.  2 is my favorite, but I'm prejudiced 'cause I love Jensen!  By the way, if anyone gets SiTV, Dark Angel is on Mon-Thurs. at 10pm and Sat. at 2pm.  My brother says it's on more often too, but I'm not sure.  Of course, I live in the Northeast US, don't know what you guys have or not.  Sorry, I only have the US version, don't know what the Australian version looks like.

I love the show but rewatching it...I forgot how cheap this show was compared to shows TODAY...and in 2000 this show had one of the most expensive pilots ever! Sheesh.

Also, the fact that the DVDs are in full frame format is a serious pain in the ass.
