Second half of this episode was very exciting. I thought the judge was going to be killed and the whole operation wasn't going to be worth it.

Finally we got to see more of Jaimie and she was interating with the rest of the team and not just Dean, or picking up his pieces. Also interacting with Ty this time, who I think has been in the background in the last episodes and trying to get over his divorce.

Poor guy, being betrayed by his brother. You know, I was under the impression that the man sitting in front of the brother was Ray, the guy that had been caught in the beginning.moreless

    • Jaimie: Good job today. I didn't even see her coming.
Ty: Well, you got the primary suspect. I just got lucky.
Jaimie: Nah, you're good. (pauses) I wasn't judging your night life. I just want to do a good job.
Ty: You probably think I'm an ass 'cause I split up with Mel, huh?
      Jaimie: No, I get it.
      Ty: Really?
Jaimie: Our jobs are great. Just not a lot of room for other people. Maybe in the long run you did her a favor.

    • Jaimie: You working surveillance again last night?
Ty: Why you say it like that?
Jaimie: 'Cause I talked to Alex. The surveillance she asked you to do was over two weeks ago.
Ty: You checking up on me now?
Jaimie: Don't deflect. What's up with the girl?
Ty: She's having fun, Jaimie, I'm having fun. No foul, no harm, right?
Jaimie: What you do on your own personal time is your business. Just don't let it screw up my job.

    • Kyle Erikson: One bullet in Washburn will change everything. Be another shot heard around the world.

Referencing the home run hit by outfielder Bobby Thomson that gave the National League pennant to the New York Giants in the ninth inning of the third and decisive game of the playoffs against the Brooklyn Dodgers on October 3, 1951. It is one of the most famous moments in the history of Major League baseball. The phrase comes from Ralph Waldo Emerson's "Concord Hymn" and it also refers the resistance of American Minutemen to British forces on April 19, 1775, which marked the start of the American Revolution.
