A camera comes into view for a split second when Carolyn (Nancy Barrett) and Barnabas (Jonathan Frid) are talking.

A boom mike can be seen when Carolyn walks in with a tray containing the coffee. If you focus on Julia you can see the boom mike come in a few feet from her head.

Joan Bennett (Elizabeth) struggles with the name of the city in Brazil. She goes 'It's a city in Brazil'..then starts stomping her foot, and then finally says 'Belem'

When Roger, Elizabeth, Dr. Hoffman and Barnabas discuss about Victoria and Burke a camera is out of focus.

When Barnabas and dr. Woodard discuss a shadows of the camera can be seen on the floor.

There is one long pause in the discussion since Jonathan Frid or Peter Turgeon forgot his lines.

As Roger Collins and Joe Haskell look for David in the mausoleum, Roger corrects himself in mid-sentence: "Several of my incestors - 'incestors!' - *ancestors* are buried here."

While Joe is tallking to Sam while searching for Sarah he forgets his line saying "wood" first no "wind" as he was supposed to.

Alexandra Moltke (Victoria) begins to say her line earlier and then stops as Anthony George (Burke) says his line as he is supposed to when Victoria is talking to Burke before accepting his proposal.

During the episode, sounds from the background can be heard.

During the teaser a fade logo of the show can be seen over the scenes.

A caugh in the background can be heard during the time Dr. Hoffman speaks to Willie.

Joan Bennett(Elizabeth) forgets to say her line when speaking to Alexandra Moltke(Victoria) and Grayson Hall(Dr. Hoffman) but when she remembers it and says it she says it the same time that Motke says hers.

As the teaser ends background voices can be heard.

Elizabeth has trouble saying Barnabas' name when speaking to Roger, Carolyn and Victoria.
