I have noticed that the timeline in the show especially with characters is very mixed up for instance both Steggmutt and Morgana were first seen in Justice ducks but two episodes later in jurassic jumble Steggmut was not known by Darkwing same for Morganna and Neptunia.

We could pretend they're prequel episodes.

If you follow the production numbers for viewing order rather than the original broadcast dates (excepting the pilot, which was produced towards the end of the first run) you can get a more accurate timeline. I recommend the following viewing order for a timeline closer to the event chronology:

    01. 1-01 4308-052 08-Sep-1991 Darkly Dawns the Duck (1)
    02. 1-02 4308-053 08-Sep-1991 Darkly Dawns the Duck (2)
    03. 1-10 4308-001 18-Sep-1991 Water Way to Go
    04. 1-50 4308-002 15-Nov-1991 In Like Blunt

So it's safe to watch the episodes in that order then? Because I think the origin of some villains might have been mixed up as well in the airing guide.

    Thank you for the list

I, for one, have always thought it was cool how the series was not in chronological order. I enjoyed the way you would often meet a character, get to know 'em, and then later out find out about their origins. I think it sort of spices up the storytelling, if you know what I mean.
