    Comet Guy returns to Earth to ask Darkwing Duck for his help. Comet Guy takes Darkwing Duck back to his planet, Mertz. Once there, Darkwing is given a parade and the key to the planet. Darkwing is flattered until he finds out the real reason why they asked for his help. They are missing the most important person on the planet, Ordinary Guy. It seems that everyone else on the planet is a superhero and Ordinary Guy is the only person who has no powers and therefor the superheros live to rescue him at every opportunity. Now Darkwing is chosen to take his place to Darkwing's regret...
