Darkwing Duck and Launchpad find Steelbeak and some Egg Men stealing rubber duckies from a factory and start to stop them when an object crashes through the roof. It is a tiny spaceship and a giant man squeezes out of it. His name is Comet Guy and he has come to train to be a super hero. Darkwing tells him that he is a hero and that Steelbeak is a villain. Comet Guy attempts to stop Steelbeak but a bell rings causing Comet Guy to dance uncontrollably and wreck things. Steelbeak gets away in the confusion and Darkwing agrees to train Comet Guy...moreless
