  • Quackerjack and Megavolt are robbing the city of St.Canard by making everybody so calm they don't care that they are being robbed. Darkwing also becomes a victim of their "stress free clinic". So when the city starts burning, things start getting ugly.moreless

That's right, Quackerjack and Megavolt in the same episode. So what could possibly go wrong? Nothing it seems. This is a very different episode where Quackerjack and Megavolt must save the city themselves. One of the most well written episodes that is filled with great and memeroable moments. Such as Quackerjack's "Fire Engine".

Megavolt: Nice shooting Quacky, but isn't a fire engine supposed to spray water?
Quackerjack: Offcourse not, then it would be a water engine.

A great episode featuring two great villains.moreless

    • (Megavolt plugs into an electric pole and gets a big shock) Megavolt Yow! Wow! (falls to the ground) Whoa! I needed that. Quackerjack: Well, I'm glad you got such a charge out of it, because you destroyed Mr. Relaxitron!

    • Megavolt: Drat, my battery must be running low. Quackerjack: Oh, good going, Sparky. Megavolt: Don't call me Sparky!

    • Quackerjack: My, my, aren't we in a huff. Mr. Bananabrain says, "Why don't you relax, Max?" Darkwing: Would everyone please stop telling me to relax?! I am relaxed! I am relaxed! (starts jumping up and down bringing down the stage on him) Whoopsie! Megavolt: You really know how to bring down the house, Dipwing.

    • Darkwing: Hold it right there, you thieving thespians!

    • Darkwing: Who? What? Where? When? And sometimes why?

    • Megavolt: Isn't a fire engine supposed to spray water? Quackerjack: Of course not! Then it'd be a water engine!

    • The sequence in which Darkwing tries various relaxation techniques while a narrator gives a voice over commentary is an allusion to a series of Goofy cartoons from the 1940s. Starting with How to play Baseball in 1942, these cartoons featured Goofy as a regular everyman trying to learn to keep up with the demands of modern living, and often suffering painfully in the process. These cartoons continue to appear in the Disney series House of Mouse, with recent ones including How to Haunt a House.

    • Stressed to Kill: The episode title is a play on the saying Dressed to Kill.
