"Superb"

It was pretty much as i expected, a great episode. Taurus Bulba looks really cool as a half-machine, half-bull hybrid. The animation is good as usual, no dramatical changes. This episode manages to be very dark throughout, with lesser jokes than usual but more horror and action. And that's a good thing. The only thing that bothered me was the ending. They could(and should) either let Taurus Bulba die OR decided from the very start that this should be a two-part episode. The ending is painful to watch, knowing that there is no following conclusion.moreless

- Though the series never showed us what happened to Taurus Bulba (on account that the series was not renewed for a fourth season), in 2010, a Darkwing Duck comic book started to be published (whichis seen as the continuation of the animated series), where the first story arc, The Duck Knight Returns, reveals what happened to Taurus Bulbaafter he got away (he became the CEO ofan enterprise called Quackwerks, whoseized control over all of St. Canard), leading to the final showdonw between Darkwing and Bulba, which would have happened if the series had not been cancelled.
