When Darkwing comes back from the Negaverse (right as he sticks his head out of the cake)he is wearing Negaduck's clothes. The animators accidentally colored him the wrong color for a split second.
Principal Farnsworth asks Drake if he wants some Brie and crackers, but the only cheese she has on the tray is Swiss.
In this episode, Gosalyn calls Darkwing "dad" in front of Quackerjack, which would mostly likely give away DWs identity. In several other episode DWs brings Gosalyn along with him on his investigations which also puts his secret identity at risk.
Drake Mallard is jumping up and down outside the house to see inside Tuskernini's room in the first scene and then in the next scene it shows him jumping inside the house before he hits a power line and is once again outside.
While Darkwing and Launchpad are being towed, the Ratchaser's windshield appears and disappears.
When Quackerjack releases his giant mechanical teeth they are of equal size, but the ones that chase Pat and Pat and Darkwing somehow become very large while the one that Gosalyn scares off with a dental drill somehow become very small.
Sometimes the head band on Gosalyn's 5-D glasses goes around her head all the way and sometimes it doesn't.
When Darkwing, Gosalyn and the others drive through Whiffle Town in a tour bus, they are being driven by a bus driver and Gosalyn and the female Pat are on on one side behind the driver sitting in a single seat and Darkwing is on the other side. After they come across the giant sized Crying Crissy Doll, the male Pat is the driver and everyone is in the front bench seat.
When seeing Quackerjack getting eaten by the crocodile, Gosalyn shields Darkwing's eyes and she says, "Don't look, dad." She said it right in front of the Pat and Pat (male and female). This is one example of how through out the series, Gosalyn often called Darkwing "Dad" in front of other people, which could put Darkwing's secret identity at risk.
After Launchpad and DW bust into Steelbeak's hideout, for a brief instance DW's mask becomes flesh (or rather feather) colored as he lunges into action.
When Comet Guy dances past the others, they're suddenly all clean after being covered in soot from the explosion. In Steel Beak's close-up, his jacket has little patches of soot again.
During the first scene, when Steelbeak starts talking to F.O.W.L. high command, his jacket switches from purple to white several times. It continues to switch back and forth through the scene, and a few other times later in the episode. In close ups he tends to be shown wearing purple, where as long shots mostly show him wearing white.
Stegmutt drives to the army base in a flatbed truck, obviously for the magnet. However, he ends up delivering the magnet entirely on foot.
Stegmutt slides through the elevator doors, bending them. When he shuts the doors to take Gosalyn and Honker to Fossil's lab, the doors are perfectly fine.
When the henchmen and Moliarty tunnel into the lab, the henchmen come out first and their noses are black but when one of them call to Moliarty to come on out, his nose is a pink/tan color then changes back to black after Moliarty comes up.
When Darkwing captures Moliarty's henchmen in the lab, it shows one of the henchmen wearing Moliarty's glasses even though Moliarty comes running in with his on.
When Professor Moliarty and his two henchmen break into the radioactive vault, one of the henchmen asks Moliarty why they have to wear the protective suits and one of the henchmen tells why in Moliarty's voice then is back to Moliarty in the next scene.
How could Darkwing blame his sixth arm for breaking the plate that fell on his right when that arm is on his left?
This episode aired out of order. Professor Moliarty's actual first appearance was in That Sinking Feeling
The buttons on Darkwing's jacket change colors after the picture frame lands on him when he is ranting about his good name being ruined.
