    Megavolt creates a device that allows him to travel through electrical wires. He uses it and goes from appliance to appliance. He then gets to a TV set and figures out that he can transmit himself over the airwaves and go from TV set to TV set. He uses this to start a crime spree by tuning into TV sets, jumping out and grabbing money or items, and then disappearing back into the sets.
